Tesarik One: OH Quest: "Diamonds and the Deluge"
Tesarik One: Your leader is Pamela.
Tesarik One: If you have questions please IM me or Andy, one of us should
know the answer!
Tesarik One: Estimated time is 2.5 - 3 hours.
Tesarik One: You can die on our adventures and there are consequences if you
die.
Tesarik One: Make sure your char sheet is updated!
Tesarik One: You can't go "fixing" it up once we start! If it's not listed
you do not have it and this includes mundane gear. Pulling 50 feet of rope
out of your ass is painful and illegal!
Tesarik One: Otherwise state your info: Rank, Name, Dice,
Tesarik One: Hit Points. Defense DC. Healing Points if applicable. You will
need to keep up with your own self-healing points.

Tesarik One: Mistakes? IM me.
Tesarik One: The Kingdom of Melethad was quite small, and nestled in a
remote mountain valley in the Frigid Bluffs of Rumeria. It boasted little
natural resources apart from very rich diamond deposits. Its wealth
Tesarik One: and formidable natural defenses kept it aloof and safe from its
enemies. However, its location was also it's doom. A vast glacial lake had
been building up for centuries, and in one final catastrophic
Tesarik One: release, flooded the valley, washing away all virtually all of
their works and drowning the people. Not everything was lost, however, for
beneath Castle Melethad was a strongly built dungeon, home to
Tesarik One: a massive vault used to contain the realm's treasures,
including a massive store of diamonds. Freed by the break, a river filled the
valley, further hiding what once was a thriving kingdom.
Tesarik One: Now, several generations have passed. Some still speak of the
diamonds of Melethad, but many dismiss them as folk tales. The river has
diminished greatly in size, and some treasure hunters have come
Tesarik One: to the valley, seeking the vast treasure somewhere under the
sludge. Maria has been employed by an Astrologer who claims to have enough
information to pinpoint the ruins. He needs muscle and skills at
Tesarik One: dungeoneering, for the vault was well protected, so he has come
to the Obsidian Heart Adventuring Company for assistance. The astrologer has
been employed by a noble named Lord Jonathan Drake whose
Tesarik One: lands are downstream from the Drowned Realm, as a result the
expedition is well funded.
Tesarik One: As usual, Maria is waiting for you at the Port Union! By her
side is a tall, black haired man with his arms folded behind his back, the
Astrologer. (Begin RP!)
scales change: Tales of treasure and a horde of diamonds could certainly get
a greedy man's attention even if they sounded a bit far-fetched to Kythin. To
Port Union the wrathful Squire went once he'd got word.. he expected a Gypsy
to tag along if
Lord Kissekatt: Baldur had shown up a bit early, since the baron had
business with the Port Union anyway, and had been negotiating things with
them. Of course, even on an adventure, he wasn't going to look like some
peasant, so he was dressed quite
Violeta Capraru: A well funded expedition? Sure, that was enough to bend her
ear--but the promise of finding a lost treasure? THAT got the gypsy
interested more than anything! The click-clack of her boots sounded along the
walk in her approach,
scales change: only to hound him on the way to the Port and to Maria's usual
bout of explaining what exactly it was they were going to be doing. Lucky
Kythin thought ahead though.. a few new purchases making him look a bit more
the warrior in drag
Lord Kissekatt: nicely, if a bit more functionally than normal. The
exception being his coat, all blue and white, with his family's crest
embroidered on the back. That was functional AND fashionable! And he also had
his nice fancy composite
Tesarik Five: Rohdle wasn't much for words with those he didn't know. He was
asked to do something for Maria, thus he made his way up to the woman. His
items all on his person, that elf looking to travel light. A bow on his back
hooked in by
Violeta Capraru: timed with the springing of an unruly mess of curls around
her shoulders, though surely they motions and sway at the swashbuckler's hips
did little to get one past the bright red shirt, black and red embroidered
cloak or the shiny
Lord Kissekatt: shortbow slung on his back, along with a quiver of arrows.
Blue eyes sought out Maria and the tall man, and seeing they arrived, he
concluded his words with the Union representative, and made his way over,
wrinkling his nose a bit .
Lord Kissekatt: This sort of thing was rather unbecoming for someone of his
station, but he had his reasons for attending.
scales change: on hide, ignoring the fact he could very well be wearing the
skins of a relative or relative's enemy. Oh.. and there was that gyspy to! "
.. Knew you'd come along for something like this. " But back to the whole get
to the Port and
scales change: mission giving redhead. -d
Tesarik Five: small leather straps over a set of dual sheaths for his
swords. A flask at each of his hips, and a small pack hung low on his back,
near his rear as it were. Stopping near Maria he looked around to those that
were gathering,
Violeta Capraru: gold buckle at the front of her embellished belt--oh, and
the new twin swords held at either hip. Dark eyes shone in looking forward at
the growing party, curious of each.. except for Kythin. He just got a sneer.
-d-
Tesarik Five: offering little more than a nod to the people he didn't know,
but atleast polite enough to do that.
Lord Kissekatt: Well at least he wouldn't be the only one sneering, though
his were quite equal opportunity in distribution. Everybody got that look
that seemed to imply they should be lucky he was gracing them with his
presence, though he said not
Lord Kissekatt: a word.
scales change: dragon*
Tesarik One: Maria nodded as they gathered, four that was better than
nothing. She lifted a brow towards the Kissekatt, but then nodded at him as
well. Her hand motioned to the man beside her, "This is Basil, he'll be going
along with you. The
Tesarik One: portal is open, it'll take you right to the edge of the area."
Did she need to say be careful? No, they knew. Treasure had piqued her
interest as well, diamonds were good profit. Basil glanced to each person,
nodding politely. He
Tesarik One: wore trousers and knee high boots, but his upper body was
mostly bare, tattoos that looked more like burn marks instead of ink were
etched into his tanned skin and anyone that got close enough to him would
feel heat radiating gently
Tesarik One: off his body. As the portal was pointed to, Basil moved and
stepped through first.
Violeta Capraru: While Violeta gave a nod back to Rohdle and Basil, she
didn't have much more than a smirk for the noble snot. Granted, he was still
better than the dragon. Crossing her arms loosely at her waist, dark eyes
focused on Maria--whom
Violeta Capraru: she would actually, formally, meet someday!--and moved
afterwards to simply follow after Basil, through the portal. She of course
noticed the markings and the heat, but at the attempt not to act the annoying
question-filled
Violeta Capraru: accomplice, managed to not ask a single thing of him. -d-
Lord Kissekatt: He did wonder what Maria thought of the pretty little
scratches he'd put in her bartop, but of course he wasn't going to admit to
having done it. He'd just leave it a mystery. He nodded curtly to Basil when
he was introduced, while
Lord Kissekatt: his hands busied themselves producing a leather bracer,
which he slid onto his left wrist to protect it in case he actually had to
use that bow. And through the portal he went.
Tesarik Five: He looked around to the others once more, sizing them up
before he finally spoke up. "Stay behind me, unless you want to get yourself
killed." He hadn't seen them before, thus he expected them all to be new in
the area, as well as
Tesarik Five: the group. Thus he would take the front. Walking through that
portal without another word he looked around quickly, eyes moving to each and
every little detail that the land offered to him as he waited for those who
hadn't already
Tesarik Five: gone through to join them.
scales change: Portals. These enigmatic types always resorted to speeding
things up with portals.. well it was a damn lot better than WALKING to that
far off destination of theirs. Kythin glanced over the rest of the sorry lot
he was accompanying
scales change: before following the Gypsy and Basil through the portal. Soon
as he was on the other side he grabbed Violet's shoulder and squeezed. "
Sneering won't agitate me for long, best find a new trick. Poison seems to
work. " He didn't
scales change: bother caring what the elf had to say, why should he listen
to the pointy-eared bastard's claims of being superior to them masked with
'stay behind me'? No, no reason at all to do that except to use the elf as a
nice lithe shield.-d
Lord Kissekatt: Really now, he had a ranged weapon. He was staying behind
everybody.
Tesarik One: Indeed, walking or even riding a horse to upper Rumeria would
have taken months. Portals, while expensive, did allow for a greater mobility
for the adventuring group.
Tesarik One: They stepped out of the portal onto what used to be the shore
of the glacial lake, though the water had drained leaving about a foot of
muck and mud on the lake bed. It was very cold, and there was a
Tesarik One: skin of crunchy frozen mud atop the area. The Astrologer has
been carefully sighting the nearby mountains and upon arrival, he begins to
walk towards the center of the lake bed, now it becomes very
Tesarik One: clear why he wore such high boots. A small shovel was pulled
out of his pack. He moved into the middle of the muddy plain and began to dig
into the wet dirt, only a few digs until he hit something
Tesarik One: solid. "Worked Stone! I've found it!"
Violeta Capraru: Violet swatted Kythin's hand when it settled down, easily
stepping off from him with a smirk. "Noted. Poison it is." Just to annoy him,
Vi gave the dragon a wink. Stepping forward, she stopped at the water's
edge.. and waited for
Tesarik Five: Rohdle knew how nobles and dragons could have very high egos.
Hisown ego not counted among them of course, as he was Elf, and didn't see it
that way. Though he had no problem if anyone didn't listen to him, he would
simply let them
Violeta Capraru: any bit of salvation that might keep her from having to get
wet. Ew. Basil was observed, all through to his exclamation.. though still
she hung back a bit. -d-
Lord Kissekatt: It would take a while! And if he'd wanted to go to Rumeria
he would've stayed home instead of coming to Sarkotos, but oh well. Perhaps
he could get ideas for a tertiary home location. Luckily, he always expected
cold, so he had
Lord Kissekatt: dressed for the occasion! Nice warm fancy clothes, yep. He
stopped before stepping into the muck as well, then watched the man with the
shovel. And then he yelled. "Splendid. Going to dig it all out with that
shovel, are you?"
Lord Kissekatt: He didn't yell, the astrologer guy yelled, just to be clear!
OnlineHost: tempestuous fist has entered the room.
Tesarik Five: die. Watching that astrologer as he went off, going to dig at
things he lifted a brow slightly. Walking nice and slow to follow him there
would be a small glance around when he made his comment of stone. Those
blades of his seemed
Tesarik One: (State for Kevin if you wish to join and I'll add you to the
end.)
scales change: Even a quarter of a dragon could possess the ego of a full
blown example of that race. Kyth proved as much. What Kythin also did.. was
start playing observer as to keep a bit of focus on what was going on.. and
not take his eyes off
tempestuous fist: ( kay. )
tempestuous fist: ( sorry just waking up )
scales change: Vi for too long.. couldn't trust that particular Gypsy. Well
this would be fun.. digging was it? No thanks.. -d
Tesarik One: Basil kept digging, if he heard the others comments he made no
mention of it, and once he'd found the stone he began to use his magical
prowess to push the mud away and pile it around the area. There was a
specific area he was
Tesarik Five: ready to spill blood. "You may want to also wash the mud and
make a clean path for those to proud to get dirty." With that said he walked
up to the digging man, standing next to him as he looked down, then back up
to him.
Tesarik One: looking for, and every now and again he looked up towards the
sky, his green eyes flickering to the sun, before shoveling again. With his
magic, it wouldn't be long before quite a lot of the mud was removed and a
stone arch was
Tesarik One: revealed. He looked towards the elf and raised a brow. "Too
proud to get dirty? I was told this was an adventuring company."
Violeta Capraru: Vi smirked. First the elf says stay behind, then the elf
quips they're too proud. Confusion! Really, Violet had no issue staying back
a bit, and while she didn't -like- getting dirty, it was bound to happen, no?
Vi was more curious
Violeta Capraru: of what would pop up from the stone, or water.. for that
matter. Shifting a bit on the crunchy mud, she pulled her blades free.. just
out of a feeling. -d-
tempestuous fist: 35 hp - 2d52 - DC: 20 - Kevin Amber Champion
Lord Kissekatt: His issue wasn't so much with getting dirty as it would be
getting dirty for no reason. He simply wanted to make sure the man wasn't so
stupid as to think he'd found what he was looking for when it was something
entirely different.
Lord Kissekatt: And considering all he'd revealed thus far was an arch, he
was not yet convinced there was good reason to go out there.
Tesarik One: He motioned the others close, then lifted a foot and gave a
slam of his booted foot onto the rotted wood that was still clinging to the
arched doorway. The wood cracked and he pulled it away and stepped through
the arch,
scales change: " Not much of one by the looks of it. " Then again.. about
that only one of them he knew the skills of was Violet.. and those usually
were put to use in stabbing him. Glancing to the Gypsy led the 'Squire' to
drawing his shortsword
scales change: if the gypsy was drawing blades.. well it was good idea to
be prepared.. -d
Tesarik One: disappearing from view. The burning mystic did not seem
affected at all by the cold, his body still giving off heat from the burned
in marks on his upper body. This first room was muddy and slimy, because of
the water having leaked
Tesarik One: in through the door, but Basil seemed to know where to go as
he'd memorized a map of the entire ruins. He waited for the others in the
dark, his darkvision enabling him to see well enough.
Lord Kissekatt: Aha, well see the door actually opened, that was sufficient
for him. He allowed the others to pile in first, and moved in behind them,
lifting a brow at all the readied weapons. All the more reason to keep his
distance, he didn't
Lord Kissekatt: want one of this rabble swinging around their unsafe weapons
and hitting him by mistake. He kept his bow unstrung for now, preferring not
to stress it until there was actually a threat.

Violeta Capraru: Pressing forward, Violet gave a not-so-appreciative look to
the start of the room, before the darkness seemed to take much of the sight
of it away. At least they had a guide. Given the room, she'd slide her left
blade away, keeping
Tesarik Five: signs of what may be inside. Even if this place was burried
under mud and water for years he'd not let his guard down.
Violeta Capraru: the right readied.
Tesarik One: A creature clambers face-first down the ruined wall, a small
buckler strapped to one arm and a crooked wooden club clutched in a hand. Its
legs and arms are unusually long, and its feet look similar
Tesarik One: to its hands, yet don't quite have opposable thumbs. It looks
vaguely like a bald, tailless monkey with large ears and eyes, and its wide
mouth is filled with tangled sharp teeth. It gives a loud hoot,
Tesarik One: and others of it's kind swarm the main room. The first brood
monkey leaps forward and slams it's club against Basil's stomach.

murkiness before Violet's eyes searched the walls nearest her. She lacked

Lord Kissekatt: He actually let out a little laugh at Kevin's speech, then
looked into the room. A suit of armor standing, hm? Yes, that thing was
likely to attack as soon as anyone tried to take some tresure, he just knew
it!
Tesarik One: The helmed guardian begins to move, slowly at first, as they
enter the vault. Slowly it raises from the ground, levitating a few inches
above. It did not attack though, not yet, though it's greataxe was lifted as
well as the steel
Tesarik One: shield in it's other hand.
Violeta Capraru: One eye narrowed as she watched up at the thing. She made

of armor, itself. When it started to move, she inwardly blamed the noble's
magnetic personality.
scales change: A suit of armor likely to be animate.. and.. oh wonderful..

What would they do? Turn back the way they'd come, or try to conquer this and
get the TREASURE??
tempestuous fist: ::Conquer, it was within most human's nature~::
Lord Kissekatt: He had a feeling the one with the staff might be the most
useful here, as armor like that tended to be weaker to denting and
bludgeoning than slashing. Still, well. He got his bow and an arrow ready,
perhaps it could be pierced well
Lord Kissekatt: enough.
Lord Kissekatt: And surely enough of the present group wasn't human that
human nature was not at all a good motivation. "Are you going to go bludgeon
that thing or not?" Said to Kevin.
Tesarik One: Basil stood there looking at the armor a moment, then to the
group. "We came here for the treasure." He turned back around, and since they
were all just staring, he decided he'd move forward and reach down to grab a
handful of
Tesarik Five: There was a small glance toward the armor as he thought he saw
it move. Though he was trained for battle, not for watching things. So
putting it out of his mind he looked around more for some of the things they
were looking for.
Violeta Capraru: Violet pushed forward. Hell with waiting. Pulling both
blades free, she'd duck down and around the treasure chest and in a quick
spin behind the thing, slicing with both blades up at the back of its helm.
Might as well try.
Tesarik Five: Finding something he thought might be useful he picked it up,
looking it over to assess it's value as best he could.
Lord Kissekatt: Or he could let Basil go grab a handful of treasure and get
the armor all worked up! Well hell, other people moving in as well? All the

A vast glacial lake had
been building up for centuries, and in one final catastrophic

beneath Castle Melethad was a strongly built dungeon, home to

Tesarik One: A creature clambers face-first down the ruined wall, a small
buckler strapped to one arm and a crooked wooden club clutched in a hand. Its
legs and arms are unusually long, and its feet look similar

vaguely like a bald, tailless monkey with large ears and eyes, and its wide
mouth is filled with tangled sharp teeth. It gives a loud hoot,

Violeta Capraru: Go go Basil. Shaking her head some, Violet stepped through

and it was sucking the fun out of her treasure hunt! Damn nobles. And

She made
no movement to touch a single thing, and instead started to appraise the suit
of armor, itself. When it started to move, she inwardly blamed the noble's
magnetic personality.
scales change: A suit of armor likely to be animate.. and.. oh wonderful..

even something that could feel pain.. no fun to be had here.. only
life-keeping armor-destruction.

Tesarik One: As long as they just stood there staring, nothing would happen.
All the
better for him.
Tesarik One: diamonds and stuffed it into his pants pocket, all the while

dead. ]
Tesarik One: He's dead. Rezz Coin?
scales change: [ I got nothing. ]
Tesarik Five: (Sacrifice - Take damage on attack ment for another?)
Tesarik One: (since it's an electric charge sent through the water on the
floor I don't see how you could take it for him, unfortunately)

Tesarik One: ---combat over!---
Lord Kissekatt: Really now, someone couldn't have caught that damned axe
before it hit the water! He siezed up, heart damn near stopping, and it was
only a quick grab onto the door threshold that prevented him from keeling
over. Well, that settled
Lord Kissekatt: things for him at least, he wasn't going on any more
adventures in the near future.
tempestuous fist: ::Seeing the electricty about to hit the ground, Kevin's
eye's narrowed down as his staff was thrown into the air, hands came out to
make strange symbols out in front of him before his body bursted into shadows
just in time to
Tesarik One: Well, the plate armor fell, the shield splashed, the greataxe
was left in the water and the treasure was all for the taking. Basil frowned
and moved over to the electrocuted body of Kythin and pressed his hand to
him. It was hot
tempestuous fist: phase out of harms way. After it had ran it's course, his
body came back to it's normal physical self as he caught the quater staff and
looked around.:: Not good. ::He'd said as he saw the fallen Kythin laying
there. His eye's going
Tesarik One: but being dead it wasn't as if he worried of burning him. The
burning mystic drew the man's soul back into his body. (Rezz the Dead)
scales change: Well there was a moment of dread captivation at the sight of
the electrified axe just before the horrid weapon came into contact with the
water. This didn't promise to be pleasant.. no..shocking developments that
left the wrathful
tempestuous fist: to everyone else.:: Is everyone else alright? -d-
Violeta Capraru: Violet watched the armor fall, extending her gaze across
the others once that'd happened. The swords no sooner found their homes than
did she perk and move.. noting Kythin had fallen there. She didn't give much
of an expression, but
Violeta Capraru: crossed to observe Basil's fixings of the dragon. When he
began as he had, she nodded and turned back, stooping to pick up the axe...
carefully.
Lord Kissekatt: "Absolutely not." Said in response to that particularly
stupid-sounding question from Kevin, but considering he was still alive, and
they were one short, that meant more treasure for him. Good. He started
sifting through the

well.
Tesarik One: Kythin has lost one of his five OH rezzes.
Tesarik One: Please be sure to mark 4/5 rezzes left on your dossier.

that it'd be a short lived demise. Revival meant only one thing to him..
gasping for air and going through a prayer as quickly as he could to heal
himself with. (self-heal-
Tesarik Five: He acutally smirked a bit when he saw Kythin dead. Yeah, he
took some sort of pleasure in knowing that the cocky one died. Serves his ego
right. Never the less he started to search the area, looking for any
treasures that may not

Lord Kissekatt: Sure, he'd look for the hard to find treasure too, why not?

Lord Kissekatt: (26)
Violeta Capraru: She lifted the axe, twirled it a bit and went about
searching for more of the treasure, too! Gypsies could join bandwagons,
right?

Tesarik One: ~*~ Violeta Capraru scored 0 poynts damage ~*~
Violeta Capraru: Nope.
Tesarik One: Kissekatt the Lord found himself a rod that looked like an
icicle.
scales change: Well dead men told no tales.. but this one was going to be
looking for treasure.. with his eyes at least. -d

Lord Kissekatt: And he tucked it right into his coat without a word.
Tesarik One: Kythin found a ring that looked to be made out of a large
dragon's tooth.
tempestuous fist: ::Kevin made sure that the dead man was alright but seieng
he was up and looking for treasure, Kevin shrugged and begun looking around
as well.::

scales change: It'd go well with his armor.. -d
Tesarik One: Kevin found a wooden box (the box was soggy and mildewed) but
inside was a gemstone that looked like a teardrop.
Tesarik Five: There was a small shrug, so moving over to that armor he
reached down and hefted up the great axe. Letting it lay over his left
shoulder now he saw others finding some specail items and shook his head.
Why couldn't he find things
Tesarik Five: like that?
Violeta Capraru: Vi held the axe.
Tesarik One: Violeta had ....yeah
tempestuous fist: ::Looking at the box, his hand slowly reached in to grab
the teardrop. The last time he had something that was of mythic nature made
him fertil, was this going to make him cry? ::
Tesarik One: There's still an animated shield (you don't have to hold it to
use for protection) and the plate armor.
Tesarik One: Whatever emotion Kevin wanted to give to the whole room, would
be given when he held it. So if he was thinking of sadness, then yes,
everyone would want to cry.
Tesarik One: Anyone wanna claim the shield, or armor?
scales change: Kythin was fairly pleased with the ring.. a small offset to
having felt death's grasp on his soul. Kythin went to get a look over on tht
shield..and cliam the blasted thing. -d
Lord Kissekatt: Will absolutely claim the shield if nobody else does.
tempestuous fist: ::Kevin went for the armor...::
Tesarik One: Rohdle found a vial of clear liquid with a steel stopper.
Violeta Capraru: Vi kept the axe, going about eyeing the pile of treasure
the giant armor thing had when they'd first arrived. Diamonds were pretty
things, afterall.
Tesarik One: Lots of diamonds, gold, various treasure type things like
jewelry, crowns, coronets and the like.
Lord Kissekatt: Assuming he left many diamonds, they'd be up for grabs. He
could use those more than any of this silly magic stuff, though! Funding
funding funding.
Tesarik One: Once they had all they could carry, they could move back out
through the castle towards the archway!
Violeta Capraru: Placing a crown on her head and lining her wrists with a
few bracelets, she popped a few diamonds up as well, pocketing them in her
cloak.
Tesarik One: There were also 3 clubs and 3 bucklers from the monkey people!
tempestuous fist: :: With the tear drop, some spiffy new armor, and a few
diamons and such, Kevin was making his way out.:: Did we just jack a bunch of
dead people?
Violeta Capraru: "It's not jacking if you didn't make them dead.. I figure."
Vi muttered it and started her way out, giving a side glance to the dragon
before she did. He was moving. Good. She wouldn't have helped him anyways!
Tesarik One: Unfortunately, the group had been betrayed. Lord Drake had not
intended for the group to get away with the treasure, he'd only used th
egroup and Basil to find it, mwahahahaha.....cough.... so when the first of
them
scales change: Ring and assumedly that shield newly in his possession..
Kythin went over to Vi to eye that axe Vi had her hands on. " Not bad for a
treasure hunt, Violet. " Better than Gypsy.. and on out they went
assumedly.-d
Tesarik One: stepped back out into the muddy lake bed they'd spy Drake's
soldiers surrounding them on all sides. Icechuckers with javelins were set up
around the edge of the lake. They were far outnumbered, and surrounded.
Soldiers moved forward
Tesarik One: trying to grab anything they could reach off of them such as
the pretty bracelets and crown that Violet had.
tempestuous fist: ( ability to engage? )
Lord Kissekatt: And when they got out, he had a look around at the group and
couldn't help but smile a little. "Now that was well-played." Muttered to
himself as he handed over most..but not nearly all of the things he'd
claimed. He stashed some of
Lord Kissekatt: it pretty good!
scales change: [ ability to teleport away viaheart of obsidian ring ?
Tesarik Five: Fuck that. Rohdle worked hard for his new battle axe and allt
hose gems and golden things. Thus, he pressed the button on the ring on his
left hand, porting him away to safety away from the others. (So using the
ring! >.>)
Tesarik One: (Yes)
Violeta Capraru: Vi thumbed the ring on her finger, moving it a little back
and forth before watching back at the others. Hell with that. She pushed the
ring's black bit in and spent off before they could get their mitts on her!
tempestuous fist: ( oh yeah. )
Violeta Capraru: Taking her axe with her!
tempestuous fist: ( beam us out scotty. )
scales change: " No thanks. " And that lovely gift from Maria that had a
place on his finger was put to good use and ..well he'd be thanking Maria..
-d
Lord Kissekatt: Or well if he saw that happening, he'd absoultely teleport
away.
tempestuous fist: ::With everyone else teleporting away, Kevin just blinked
and looked down at his own ring and slowly nodded.:: Oh yeah. ::Hits it twice
to get himself out of there.::
Tesarik One: So, they all left....Basil there. Apparently. But that was
alright. Because, things weren't going to quite play out as it seemed. The
spirits of the entire town recognized Drake and his soldiers.... as Drake's
family had been the
Tesarik One: one that actually flooded the whole town so long ago, though it
had not drained as quickly as they wished. They saw a chance at revenge, and
Basil heard in his ear from the spirits "RUN MORTAL" and with that, Basil, a
mystic and
Tesarik One: used to listening to the spirits began to push and shove his
way through the group even if he got stabbed and hit while doing it. They'd
left the man to die! Basil was not at all happy. While Basil was being beat
the hell down, the
Tesarik One: spirits worked to release a second flood into the area, taking
the soldiers and Lord Drake with them. Like Moses parting the Red Sea and the
sea then destroying the Egyptians, the water drowned the majority of the army
including
Tesarik One: their lord, and with the second floor and all the doors open,
the treasure that had not been taken began to wash down the river,
scattering. Panning for gold and diamonds would become a popular pastime down
this river for years to
Tesarik One: come. And Basil? Hmmm. Did he make it out of the lake?

Tesarik One: ----end adventure----
Lord Kissekatt: Would Basil prefer that the people who owed no loyalty to
him stay to get stabbed and beaten down with him? Ha. If Basil didn't get a
ring he must not be a friend of OH anyway!
tempestuous fist: :: Future boss fight. SUPAH MYSTIC!::

scales change: Kythin would feel a tiny sliver of regret for leaving the
Mystic behind.. mostly because the man had resurrected him. Alas there just
was no way he'd be risking his skin for anyone unless he was assured of
success! No, Kythin was
scales change: definitely pleased with his decision to use that ring. -d
