Update 2.16
Greetings OH Members,
Hey there ya'all, it's me Jake again. Boss Lady is out on vacation so I'm filling in the gaps. I'll keep things short, blunt and to the point. After all, this is to relay onto you information for the game, any changes and any updates. I'll not waste your time or mine by filling it with other stuff.
With that said, right down to it.
ISSUES / GRIPES / CONCERNS / SUGGESTIONS
If you got them, take them to Pam or myself. If it's with one of us, take it to that one. If you have an issue during an Adventure or Mission, DM has final say, get verification on ruling from appropriate Moderator after. If you have issue with spar/match, same deal, roll as normal get info after. If you have a suggestion, send it up, we can't always promise that it will get in, but we will ALWAYS look over anything you have to offer the game.
CRAFTING POINTS & CREATION
AshtonLocke will process all Crafting and Emporium orders in one week's time. Please still send in for your crafting points today, and send in your orders if you wish but they will not be processed until the earliest April 24.

REMINDER
I have seen several logs now that have this issue. Characters are making ranged attacks into melee combat that do not have the Combat Marksman skill and NOT making the appropriate roll to see if they do hit what they intend. The blame for this lay in two parts. The first on the DM for not holding to this rule and skill. The second, to the player for not having said skill and doing something that may be considered as "sneaking one by". I am letting it be known here, publicly, this is the warning. Adhere to the rule for that skill or for the lack of having that skill, please. Further evidence of not following will result in docked payments for Adventures/Missions/Spars. Thank you.
NEW SPECIAL ATTACK
Again I have created something that may benefit those of you who have characters that are of the more Merciful or Gentle type. We have so many ways to flat destroy an enemy, I figured we needed another option to hamper them.
Pulling Your Punch: For some reason, there are times when you wan to deliver a blow a little softer than you would at other times. You may land a blow upon an enemy with not the fullest force available to you. To "Pull Your Punch" you may opt to NOT add the Trait boost to damage. Your rank dice will always be used, and if you used a weapon, you will always add that. ONLY the TRAIT boost to your damage total may be pulled.
SKILL CHANGES
1) Timekeeper = Gone.
2) Haunting Melody = Rewritten
Haunting Melody : A bard is able to use their music to inspire fear in their enemies. Using your bardic talents in song, you cause fear to develop in all opponents within hearing range. Bard rolls 1d20 + Charisma versus the target rolling 1d20 + Willpower, if target fails then they lose one turn. Can be used once per combat. This does not stack with any other bard using the same skill, only one haunting melody can be in effect at a time. This is also a one round lose turn, it does NOT grow with the bard's ranking.
