Boots of Cushioning [Feet]
These high, soft leather boots have much thicker soles than normal boots. They will absorb the impact of a fall over a short distance, and let the wearer always land on their feet. Their magic will automatically activate if the wearer falls more than five feet. For a fall over a distance of 15 feet or less, the wearer suffers no falling damage. For a fall of 16 to 50 feet, the wearer suffers only half the normal falling damage. The boots provide no benefits for falls over 50 feet.
Pearl Drop Earrings
This gift was presented wrapped in an old and smelly horse blanket. This pair of earrings bears a set of pearls, black by natural creation upon silver chains, pin and anchor. Simple in design but touched with magic by the hands of a sea hag, wearing both earrings allows the bearer to understand the Aquan language. If one earring is given to another to wear, then both parties may speak any language and still understand each other as if spoken to in their native tongue. These earrings do not allow you to speak another language, only translates.
Admiral's Bicorne [Head]
This elaborately braided headgear is made of rich blue felt, embroidered with golden thread. It often has a showy badge called a cockade, proclaiming nationality, faith, family crest, and the like. A humanoid or monstrous humanoid who dons the admiral’s bicorne gains a +5 bonus Use Object checks while onboard a ship. He also gains a bonus of +3 on all Charisma-based checks wherever he might go as long as it is worn. The wearer’s voice is magically amplified, so that it can be heard clearly by anyone within 100 feet. Finally, the admiral’s bicorne grants a +2 bonus on checks to resist fear effects to allies within sound of the wearer’s voice (including the wearer).
