Cult of the True Prophet
The Cult of the True Prophet do not believe in the teachings of Yùyán jiā Sun. Instead, they believe that the Prophet was an ancient warlord known only as Xul. Xul prophesied a great upheaval on Xiang-fei which would allow the religious leaders to take over and banish the military.
Some monks are known to prescribe to the teachings of the cult but to do so is a criminal offence, the penalty for which is death. Therefore the cult remains in the shadows, waiting patiently for the time Xul described. So far, none of his spoken portents have come to pass.

The Unseen are a special force of samurai that work above the ruling council of the four provinces. They work in secret to maintain the balance between the four provinces for the great Dragon God, Fikjun. Much like the ruling council there are only ever four members of The Unseen, one from each province. However, upon taking the mask, they denounce all duty, loyalty and family that may cause them to stray from the path. No one knows who the members of The Unseen actually are.
Karasu-Sisha
Not much is factually known about this shadowed individual. Eye witness accounts can only describe one thing about the being. It's mask. It stood out against the deep black of the person's attire. Lined along the face and edges were oil-slicked feathers that glistened in the pale glow of light, natural or manmade. Upon the front, there seemed to be a made-to-size beak, black as death giving the person the image of a crow. People would only catch a glimpse of the being near the scene of a crime, usually leaving the criminal worse for wear.
Some see the Karasu-Sisha as a boon to Xiang-Fei, but the fact remains that it's victims are left with one key component in their life removed. The Karasu-Sisha takes the eyes of it's victim while they're still alive so the last thing they see is a crow plucking out their sense of sight. It doesn't matter the crime, the punishment remains the same. Any line crossed and the crow takes your sight.
In truth, the Karasu-Sisha is a network of constables throughout local law enforcement agencies. One man is chosen for entry to the Dead Crows. It is an invite-only sect and anyone who is caught portraying a Dead Crow will have one warning given. A dead crow will be left on their door step. Only those who are truly dedicated to upholding the law will be chosen along with having the fortitude to carry out the punishment that is necessary to strike fear in to criminals. The likelihood of running in to one is slim-to-none unless you're breaking the law or bearing witness to a crime. The usage of actual officers of the law helps keep the investigations into the Karasu-Sisha subpar and without any progress.

Legends
Yùyán jiā Sun "The Prophet"
Also known as Sun, the God of Wisdom
Yuyan Jia Sun is the originator of Yuyanism and the three divine paths of life on Xiang-fei, all that is known about him is that he originally came from the Hanyi province but even that is hearsay and rumour. Upon hearing the True Voices of Yphy, the Dragon Goddess and Fikjun, the Dragon God, Sun lost his eyes, his hearing and the ability to speak until the day he scribed their word. Upon the final day, he was able to speak, hear and see for only one single hour before he transcended towards Tian, where he became Sun, The God of Wisdom.
