The Scarred Lands is a wasteland, where water is extremely scarce. It is extremely difficult to grow anything on the burned wasteland, so please keep this in mind. There are no ships that bring in items from other lands, and possibly the only way things might get in is through the Iron Gate, so the further you are from the Iron Gate the less things you get from outside the Scarred Lands.

If eaten raw, the egg can take the place of a day's water requirements, but only for up to a week's time. The egg is an excellent source of nutrition, and can keep a man alive for months at a time as the eggs are packed with a variety of nutrients and essential vitamins. If eaten raw an egg can replace one gallon of water. However, it is not a perfect substitution and a man can only live on this egg-water diet for one week before he needs water.
