Tesarik One: Ok then, I'm gonna post up our summaries for the past quests.
If you already know the info, you don't gotta read it!
Tesarik One: (Part 1) You've all had a taste of the Bog of the Fungus Demon,
it seems to be attached to planar sources and there is tale of a mushroom
vampire, and a demon and a fungal god. The very place tried to
Tesarik One: kill you all! We are still looking for evidence of Gator Bone's
ancestor who never returned from this place, but we've met a ghost named
Thansa and a arctic werepudding / dwarf named Robear Flintoc
Tesarik One: who has offered you some items to kill Leucopraxus. You've all
returned to Maria to give a report, and better prep yourself.
Tesarik One: (Part 2) Meeting Robear Flintoc again, he gives us the Arrow of
Slaying Fungi to help us kill Leucopraxus. But first we must deal with the
mushroom folk vampire Ju'rran Tji and his Black Slime
Tesarik One: upstairs. He was more formidable than he looked, but they were
both defeated and a sword called "Spore Slasher" was found.
Tesarik One: (Part 3) Lalibor Dunce and his two mushroom friends Mee-Shak
and Shad-Rak were released from the prison where Leucopraxus put them years
ago. Moving into another room (11), goblins were seen tending a
Tesarik One: massive jellyroll fungus, which turned out to be able to read
your deepest thoughts and spit out replicas! A fight ensued against the
jellyroll and the replicants, that ended with the jellyroll being
Tesarik One: destroyed.
Tesarik One: (Part 4) Breaking up a party in the Homage Lounge, they find
more replicants and a creature called Lawshrew, who turns out to be the smut
demon Darkspore with a bunch of fungus friends. He is very
Tesarik One: nearly destroyed, but runs away through the jelly membrane
door, leaving the group to deal with Ralen and his demon spore infestation,
and two invisible Phantom Fungi tormenting them! They've also got
Tesarik One: their first look at Leucopraxus on a tapestry.
Tesarik One: (Part 5) The phantom fungi dealt with, they head out and get a
good look at the living buildings they've been traveling through. A fungus
golem is tending the building, but they leave it alone.
Tesarik One: Going through another jelly door on pursuit of Darkspore, they
find themselves in the Fungal Jungle, and making their way across ends up
sparking an unseelie pixie assault! You all approach an algae
Tesarik One: infested large pool of water on the other side of the jungle.
Tesarik One: (Part 6) You make a deal with the slime dragon, Slurmshara, to
get rid of the annoying rooting graylings for her and if you do she will let
you pass. You dive into the filthy water following the
Tesarik One: light and find yourself in a cave with three ways to go. The
left ends up with a near-beheading from shelf mushrooms, the right slides you
into a cave full of treasure, two bog dogs, and a pit of
Tesarik One: bubbling black tar.

Tesarik One: You are all in Room 16 on the map I sent you. You've all chosen
to slide down into the chamber, narrowly missing landing in the pit of
bubbling tar. I'll repost the description of the room.
Tesarik One: You have entered a 10 ft by 20 ft cavern with a 20 foot high
ceiling that is lit by glowing green crystals. The room is filled with
paintings, tapestries depicting a kingdom of animated fungi, statues
Tesarik One: of mushrooms and animals, necklaces, clay pots, golden jars,
and a most impressive scale model of an unknown city. There are numerous
coffers, and six chests around the room as well. At the far end
Tesarik One: of the room is a throne made from giant black crystals, inlaid
with yellow gems in wordlike patterns (it spells out KULPAPEC in Fungin,
which Raufak has informed you all). Lying in the seat of the
Tesarik One: throne is a yellow crystal sword encased in amber. Two
creatures resembling a coyote made out of entwining blackberry vines and
sphagnum moss approach you, and the pit of black tar is bubbling.

Tesarik One: There are 20 different coffers around the room, and six chests
all closed, among the other items.
DaemianBerazalle: He'd descended down the pit mainly to ensure his allies
would have a way back up again. It seemed there were more along with them
than he remembered, but he didn't let that bother him too much. With danger
lurking, he drew on the
AMarieDarkrose: :: her eyes look around the place a bit unsure what is all
in here she turns around seeing every detail and thing she walked over to
one of the chest and placed her hand on it as she looked
Tesarik One: Gator went to the edge of the tar pit and gazed down into it a
moment, watching it bubble. "Well that would have been really unpleasant if
we'd a-ended up there!" She eyed the bog dogs.
DaemianBerazalle: power of his Vampiric nature, enhancing his speed and
reflexes to enable him to move about the coming battle more quickly, knowing
he'd need all the edge he could get(CM: Heightened Reflexes: +2 quick for the
adventure, DC=24, 5 hp

Raufak Agnarsson: He looked around at the nonsense they'd slid down into and
scowled a bit. "Well that was a terrifying bit of a slide into a lovely
dead-end. Why'd I follow you all, again?" He eyed the big dogs as well,
though they seemed a bit less
AMarieDarkrose: closely at the build wondering if she could pry one open
she thinks for a second then lowers down to see if there is any locks on it

RageofNocturne: :: Vincent looked around as he held the amber encased sword
and well slid the thing into his bag of holding and drew his blades of fear
the red smoke began to pour from the poisoned magenta colored blades. He held
the blades at the

SwordOfAtrophy: "Look puppies.. you don't want any of what I am right now..
So just sit.. sit... SIIIITTTTT..." Like they'd listen to him like they were
frickin real dogs. Though he was expecting to be attacked, frankly, and stood

Tesarik Five: RIP Warren. Eyes lit up wide when he saw all the SHINIES! His
whole body vibrated with joy and excitment as he looked around and around and
around. He hadn't even noticed any chests or the like yet, and instead was
focused on the

AMarieDarkrose: :: she then proceeds to open chest 2 and lifts up the top
as she stood back in case something flys out of it ::`d
Raufak Agnarsson: "Maybe they won't attack us if we don't steal all the shit
outta here." As if they'd resist that urge, ha!

Roguish Luck: Standing on his feet, Logen slid down to the chamber, leaning
a little back on his heels with his hand dragging behind him to control his
direction and speed. At the end of it, he'd spring up, gliding over the tar
pit to stand on

DaemianBerazalle: He stood clear of the chests and coffers, sensing the
approaching dogs to be more worthy of his attention than the need for what
glittered and glinted. He had no weapons readied just yet, though he looked
over his shoulder to the
Tesarik One: Chest 2 is filled with various loots (which will be on receipt
if you all keep/get the stuff)
DaemianBerazalle: bow slung there. He didn't use it often, but he was
passably skilled with it.
Roguish Luck: stable ground again. Once he had his eyes about, noting the
dogs along with the others, he'd make his way towards the dogs, putting
himself between the canines and the party. "Lukopraxees. We're looking for
him." If they couldn't
Tesarik One: Various jewelry pieces, stones, daggers and other small loot
pieces would be in the chest that Alexis opened.
Roguish Luck: understand him, oh well. [d]
Tesarik Five: Then dogs were mentioned,. "Puppies?!?!" Blink and looked to
find them, only to find the odd looking plant puppies. Hmm. now that was
indeed odd.....Glittering and glinting though. Most important thing EVAR! "I
don't think those
Tesarik Five: puppies are very nice. Nope nope maybe."
DaemianBerazalle: (Gonna roll a Nature on the Bog Dogs)
RageofNocturne: :: He growled a bit towards the bog dogs as his brow grew
more prominant and his veins fired jet black for a moment as his eyes turned
yellow and his fangs and claws grew-D-

Raufak Agnarsson: "For not being very nice, they're certainly not
attacking." He eyed the dogs a bit, because knowledge was good! (Knowledge:

Tesarik Five: Of course the opening of chests had glinging and glittering
things catch his eyes and he blinked, flying over as fast as he could to the
two opened chests and looking inside. Giggling just a little to himself,
hands itching just to
Roguish Luck: Logen looked to the gold, the vine-like dogs, the bubbling tar
and the greed in everyone's eyes. Maybe he could piece these all together in
their puzzle of the room. [ Dungeoneering ]

They're plants, despite their form. Expect their attacks to use their

looks at the bog dog she shurgs a bit and then moves to the next chest
which wouldl be chest 6 she ran her hands along the edges of it then lowers
down to open it lifting

Tesarik Five: pick up some of it, but he really wasn't sure yet. "Maybe we
can have some of the pretty things?" Those eyes....Like a child lost in a
candy store just hoping to never be free again!
Raufak Agnarsson: "Yeah, they're..probably guarding. So if they attack you
for teasing them with those fuckin chests, you're on your own." This is why
it was good to have a bard around!
SwordOfAtrophy: "No, they aren't.. but I'm not sure it'll stay that way.
They don't seem to like looting their stuff.. or what stuff they think is
theirs. But if they don't do anything.. that's fine by me."
Tesarik One: Chest 6 has more loots in it, jewelry pieces, and other small
loot items that would fit in a chest.
Raufak Agnarsson: "Someone probably put them here as guards. Considering
this rooms appears to lead nowhere, I think we should either look for a
secret door, or climb on out. No sense in picking a fight for no reason when
we've still got Leucowhatsit
Raufak Agnarsson: to deal with."

DaemianBerazalle: "Well, we've been down here for some time now. They
haven't attacked us, and I, for one, have no desire to bring a fight to
denizens of nature. Our Bard speaks sense, if there's nothing but treasure
to see here, moving on towards
AMarieDarkrose: :: she claps her hands then smiles :: see look at all the
things we are finding hmm 3 more to go let me move on :: she then moves to
chest 1 and turned to glare at the bog dog with a smirked smile on her face
before lifting that
DaemianBerazalle: what we came here for would be most logical."
Tesarik Five: "No reason?! But the pretties!" If Warren had a vote, and he
probably didn't. They'd borrow lots of the stuff. No need to take it all, but
borrowing a few things couldn't hurt right? And this place was full of bad
nasty things so it
SwordOfAtrophy: "Right.." Ellis reached up, and snapped the goggles down
over his eyes. The Treasure Seekers goggles would detect any secret doors at
will, if any were present.
Tesarik Five: wasn't bad to borrow from them...Right?
AMarieDarkrose: lid up and takes a step back :: they might not like me
opening them but hey i need to see what we find in them `d
Raufak Agnarsson: For real, taunting the dogs? He wanted no part in that.
"Of course I speak sense, I'm a half-orc. We only speak sense." Or nonsense.
He shook his head and threw his hands up exasperatedly. "Fine, like I said.
Don't expect any help
Tesarik One: They did not seem to care if she was opening them. They just
stood there.

Raufak Agnarsson: "Ugh. Anyone got a way to give me a ride back up? Fuckin
hate climbing."
DaemianBerazalle: "As for moving on, I can take six others with myself
through the shadows to expedite the process. I'll need you to hold hands,
and do not let go. Losing yourself there would be worse than falling in the
pit of ooze."
Tesarik One: If anyone checks the small coffers, each coffer holds about
11,000 silver pieces.
Raufak Agnarsson: "I think that might be debatable."
Tesarik One: Wait, did someone steal the sword? I think I missed that.
AMarieDarkrose: :: as she smiled and moved on to chest 3 and 4 since they
were right next to each other she lowered down and placed her hands on them
and opened both at the same time ::`
SwordOfAtrophy: (I believe Vincent grabbed it last time.. maybe?)
DaemianBerazalle: He'd give a slight nod of his head to Raufak as he brought
up that point, a slight upturn of the corners of his mouth showing he was
humored by it. "Fair point." (And yeah, I think so as well)
Tesarik One: But did he just touch it or did he stash it?
Tesarik One: Ok let me do the chests then I'll deal with the sword.
Tesarik One: So Chest 3 has more gold in it, 5000 pieces.

Tesarik One: Chest 4 looks like it's filled to the brim wtih silver
coins....... but when the chest opens, it only takes a second for the silver
swarm to take to the air. little horrible insects that while resting look
like
Roguish Luck: Logen continued to glance back between the guard dogs, the
greed, the gold and the tar pit. "Everyone stop... Think about it." Logen
pointed towards the bubbling tar pit at the entrance. "Why do you think
something like that is at
Roguish Luck: the entrance? Put everything back the way it was and let's
leave.."
Tesarik One: silver coins. They attack Alexis, swarming over her entire
body, getting under her clothes where they can. She is covered in silver
flying creatures that bite, bite, bite + poison.

dogs attack! They don't care WHO in the group stole treasure, they just know
someone stole it so everyone is now in their sights. But, Vincent is attacked

SwordOfAtrophy: "Not like we'd be able to carry all this crap anyway..." He
reached into his bag of holding. No... no.. no, ah.. there it was. He held it
to Raufak. A silver wyrm Mantle. "Wear that and it will let you fly for a
bit.." Or... not.
Tesarik One: Bog Dog 1 lunges towards him, slamming it's thorny body against

AMarieDarkrose: :: well then feeling those pesty things she swatted them
away and moved on to the coffer and opens that up since they didnt care what
it was she was opening so she lifted the lid to it this time stood way

Vincents fault! Not that he'd of been able to keep his hands off the stuff

wanted to be done with the trouble and get the Hell out of the room. So he
approached the first Bog Dog in a few steps while drawing the Righteous
Bastard from it's

hands to cleave the Bog Dog in half it he could manage it.[d]

pokes him with her stuff, then pokes Alexis, healing them both up.

Tesarik Five: With the thing now delt with Warren fixed his clothes a little
and then flew up a bit. "More shinies?!?!" Gator was heard and he lit up like
a kid on christmas. Huge smile and all. Warren of course would unload all his

to their shelter in his cloak(Cloak of Weaponry) before turning from the
scene of the pointless combat. Now they could hopefully get on to what they

tinyfy and snatch up what he could before heading back up top to meet with
the others again. If they wanted to leave of course he'd follow, but yup, he

but you are still covered in black hairy fungus and need a break curse

stuff there." He took the mantle back from Raufak and stored it away, staring
down the one passageway they hadn't tried yet.

Tesarik One: Yes it is dark, though the passage seems quite short, since
those that can see in the dark (Or use lighting) can see it seems to end in a
dead end. It is very cold down the passageway. The wall at the end is covered
in a white fungu

DaemianBerazalle: He was nearly in stride with Raufak, his mood dark(even
though he had that glowy light shining off him still). He busied himself
with keeping his senses open to spot any traps or ambushes that he might be
able to pick up on.

Roguish Luck: "A door...?" Logen looked towards the wall that Raufak was
frozen to. "Where's the handle?"
Tesarik One: So you all are stuck wtih a dilemma. You know there is a secret
door, but you have to figure out how to open it. And, it seems like if you
touch it like Raufak did, you'll freeze!
SwordOfAtrophy: He grabbed Raufak under his big orc arms, and tried to pull
him away from the wall a foot or two. Then, well if that didn't freeze him
too, he'd drop the firebead in front of the wall, to create a campfire in
front of the fungus

Tesarik One: You can attempt to touch it and feel for how to open it with a
Search, or you can try a Spot without touching.
Tesarik Five: "Give it fire?" He hated heat and loved the cold. Maybe that'd
work?

celing and the floor, looking for some sort of mechanism that might stand out
without laying a finger on anything.

Tesarik Five: Well Warren didn't feel like being a fairysickle, so he just
looked it over good. Hmm. maybe it was something very small?

well as the heat, easily began to kill the fungus. But it

Tesarik One: Nope, Warren wasn't sure what to do. But hey, Vincent was
looking in the right place. In fact, it was to the right, not even on the
frozen wall. A hidden lever on the wall to the side.
RageofNocturne: :: Uhh... guys....--he said and pointed to the lever-- What
about this? -he asked then pulled it-D-
SwordOfAtrophy: He watched the fire, which was only 2 feet tall so not
nearly big enough, start to kill the fungus, though that just revealed a wall
apparently. "Fire's not gonna cut it, unless someone has a torch or
something."
Tesarik One: "Poor frozen Raufy," she frowned and knocked on his ass, then
peeked around him.
Tesarik One: There was a screech and the wall slide to the right,
disappearing into the wall, like a pocket door.

Roguish Luck: "There's something to be said about this..." Logen was looking
between Raufak and Vincent. "Irony I think..." His sight was now set on the
door that was revealed.
Tesarik One: The long magenta floor of this 40 foot by 50 foot room is
flanked by black obsidian walls striated with marble along the length of the
passage. At the far end is a massive round door made of pink granite, and
next to it is a giant
SwordOfAtrophy: "That would imply that the result was the opposite of what
was expected.." He leaned down to snatch the bead again. Man it was a handy
little thing.
Tesarik One: blue mushroom growing from a wide crack in the floor. There is
a platinum bar that apparently keeps the round door sealed, but no hinges are
visible.
Tesarik One: And, this is a good place to end tonight!
