On Removing MightyGarThog/Seiestan

I'm putting this here so that everyone has my word on this issue, end of story. I also have an email he sent to at least one Moderator after he was removed which I will c&p, you may have received it as well as I was told he usually does this when he is removed from a guild, that he emails a lot of people in it with all the supposed faults of the leader.

First- Gar was told two weeks ago after I'd been told by a few people including Andy that he was going to them and complaining about me as a leader and about my decisions, that if he went to one more person that actually sent me the log and was complaining about ME (not just OH, you can complain all you want about the game) that I would remove him. This was in writing in an email to him. I kept my word. When I got the log from a member of him complaining about ME as a leader, the player trying to stop him and to change the subject and he would not change the subject, I kept my word and he was banned from the site, and removed from our game. That's the story. Most of you know the hassle and harassment issues and warnings he's been given over the years from me, and many of you asked me why I didn't remove him long ago, my answer was I am too nice and I kept giving him chances. But when I say "I will remove you if you do x" and you do "x", you will be removed.

Secondly- In regard to his rant in the email he sent our mod, and probably what he's tellign everyone who will listen, what he does not seem to realize even though he got every update I sent out, is that I change the game, tweak the game, etc for anything and everything that is overpowered or needs balanced. I did NOT single him out and only change stuff he did, and if you need proof go back through the updates and find the things I changed because of you or someone you know. Such as this week, when Feather Boots got a huge tweak because they were overpowered. He simply is shortsighted and even though I tried to get him to see the big picture over and over and over for years (literally), he only saw himself and his items. He just didn't seem to notice that I tweaked things concerning just about every player. So his email really doesn't stand on any ground with anyone who actually reads our Updates and knows I've tweaked their items too. Balance is very important in our game and may I remind you of one of our OOC Rules:

n. "Patches are Inevitable" - In a game of this sort, that is going from a group of minds to gameplay, it is inevitable that patches will happen. Tweaks will be made, nerfing of abilities and skills, and changes to how things are done to make sure the game is fair, fun, and simple enough for people to enjoy. Please accept the tweaking with consideration for the big picture of a fair game for everyone.

I said to someone that Pam was making whimsical rulings, and rules targeting my characters.The one char had been creating an object and then, because my char was making the item repeatedly... the price was raised 150%, from 20 cps to 50 cps, and gold rose to 100,000.
GarThog had a Brawler skill that stopped spells. The only way a brawler had to stop spells... so Pam changed it, so that it no longer had that ability.
I created a shield using the Acid Wash enchantment with a few materials. So... Pam changed the rules on Acid Wash, and disallowed the shield.
So, that person sent the log to Pam, and she kicked me out of OH. Funny, when one hates the truth so much that they need to remove a person who speaks it, no?

Tesarik One [5:10 P.M.]: I do not have to talk, argue, or be harassed by you anymore. You are unofficially removed from the game. Officially you will be removed when I get home and can make the changes on the site.

Tesarik One [5:12 P.M.]: there is little more I can say. I told you two weeks ago if you did this, I would remove you. I am now pressed to keep my word.
Mighty Gar thog [5:12 P.M.]: I just read it. What did I supposedly say?
Tesarik One [5:12 P.M.]: there is no supposedly I have the log
Mighty Gar thog [5:12 P.M.]: Logs are easy to fake.
Tesarik One [5:12 P.M.]: you complained about me making changes on "whimsy" alone. you complained about me targetting you personally with rule changes.
Tesarik One [5:13 P.M.]: No gar, this is not a faked log. I have been a forum leader since 1991. I know a faked log.
Tesarik One [5:13 P.M.]: nor would the individual who sent me the log have any reason to fake it
Tesarik One [5:13 P.M.]: just admit you complain about me to people. why do you think I gave you that ultimatum in the first place? I had already received logs of you complaining about me.

Tesarik One [5:14 P.M.]: you had the gall to go to my best friend to complain about me as if he would not tell me

Tesarik One [5:14 P.M.]: if you really cared about staying in the game, you should have not complained about me to folks. I told you I would remove you. did you think I was lying?
