Background
Shrouded in mystery Xiang-fei is continent floating high above clouds and over Tenebrus. It is made up of four major provinces, each of which has different climates depending upon the seasons. The seasons differ in temperament in each province moving from one extreme to the other. In the northern provinces they have harsh dry summers, in the southern they suffer from major monsoons at each change of the moon cycle.
The ruling council consists of one member from each province's ruling faction and a high elder. It is usually an aged general, who has spent numerous years in battle, and numerous years training the young. There have been times where a lesser ranked member of the provinces' military has been requested to be seated, but this is rare.
The high elder has once served as a ruling council member, and has ascended towards transcendence.
Current Ruling Council
Ti-lung Feng - High Elder
{Spoiler}Sometimes the High Elder is not as neutral as he is supposed to be. Ti-lung Feng is one such High Elder, which has given Ti-lung a considerable advantage in Xiang-fei; the infantry rule with a strong fist.
Ti-lung Akio - Chaozhu Representative
Fei-ing Tomiko - Liangui Representative
P'an Fei Yeo - Hanyi Representative
Tien-lo Yuhmio - Bozhou Representative
Important Town, Cities and Villages
Bozhou
Element: Fire
Guardian Dragon: Aku'anni has a shape of a lion and takes delight in sitting cross-legged and smelling the odor of incense and can often be found dancing in the flames of large fires.
Bozhou is the north-eastern province of Xiang-fei and boasts some of the driest desert known to its peoples and some of the richest farmlands as well. The farmlands lie on the borders with Hanyi, and are often argued over at the High Council. It is only the power that lies with the family that owns these lands, that keep it under the jurisdiction of Bozou.
The Bozhouion people are arrogant and feel that because they control the skies and the farmlands, they should be in control of the entire island. This arrogance has lead to the threat of civil war, but so far there have only been minor scuffles.

Tien-lo Yuhmio (Council Representative)Yeosu
Yuhmio is an esteemed airship commander that lead the people of Bozhou to victory when the threat of The Triple Eclipse claimed the lands of Tenebrus. She is fiery and is one of two members of the council that believe that they should make their presence known to the land dwellers.
Yeosu is a bustling metropolis of trade in the province of Bozhou; it is where the large air force of Xiang-fei is based. It is at the northeasterly most point of the island.
This vantage point allows them to cast of their airships into the clouds above Tenebrus. Magic provided by their monks allows their ships to remain unseen by the denizens of the land and sea. However, they are not invisible, they merely remain unseen by those that do not know what to look for.

Those closest to the house are those that have served the Hoang family for generations, and have earned positions of power on the Farmstead.
