Go to the highest peaks in Arith and fly in the cold air.

Sloth, or Lust - She is messy, and lazy, and she enjoys her sexuality.

Only one? Her mother, she was her mentor and friend, and she misses her terribly. Her last memory of her mother was watching the flames from heaven burn her into blackened bones.

Buy a villa somewhere, servants, clothing, and never leave. Buy a bauble to wear.

I would change my wings back to white.

I feel alone in a crowd, and I fee alone while alone.

I would say that I am kind to those that deserve it, fair, respectful to those that deserve my respect and quiet. I would say I look like my mother.

Richer.

I remember my own pain and sorrows, and can comisserate.

Lost.

Wine, a gentle breeze, delicious food, and intelligent conversation.

It is important enough that I am attempting to regain what I've lost.

Sweet touches, gentle words, gifts, did I say gifts? Gifts. Being called sweet things.

Getting myself alone, or writing a sad song.

s) How do you think others see you as a person? How do you think other see you when it comes to looks and clothes?
They see me as a spoiled little rich girl I think, depressed though they do not know why.


Lirre is very nearly six feet tall, with medium length, messy, perpetually wind-swept hair. It looks as if she used a knife to cut it off, as it is uneven in many places. Her large eyes are scintillating violet in color, but hold a sadness so deep that even when she smiles the sadness is still there, within her soul. She appears elven, though her slender body is curvier than an elf, and her ears are not quite as tapered as a full elf, so she could easily be mistaken for a half-elf in that regard save for the large feathery wings that have a 12 foot wingspan. They are tinged a sooty grey, though she may tell you, they were once as white. The nails of her fingers and toes end in points more akin to bird talons than true fingernails, and for that reason she does not wear thick shoes or boots unless they are especially made for her.

Deep in Northern Kir'viir, hidden atop a faraway cliff, was the sprawling city of the kestrels of that area. Very few outside of the kestrels visited, only wandering elves usually, or other flying fey creatures. A city of airy architecture to rival even the cities of the land-bound elves, all destroyed on that fateful day known as The Scarring. The very cliffs the city resided upon cracked and molten lava bubbled out. The sky fell with flaming spheres, burning everything to the ground, turning hundreds upon hundreds of kestrels to ash in an instant. Those who were not lucky enough to die instantly, found their wings burned, their bodies blackened, they could not fly to safety and so even fewer of the kestrel survived than even in the elven cities. How the young noble kestrel Lirre survived, even she cannot fully remember, only that she was saved by her elven tutor Traetin. She saw her mother burn to ash, her siblings wings burned off of them as they fell to the ground, and only the quick thinking of Traetin physically picking her up and running with her into the closest wine cellar saved her life. She emerged to burning ruins and ash, and her heart felt as if it had burned to ash as well. Loneliness of a sort she had not known to exist settled in deep. She and her tutor traversed the Scarred Lands, finally hearing of the Wall, and Iron Gate. They both eventually made it through, though the time in the Scarred Lands had turned her beautiful white feathered wings to a sooty ash-grey. Life beyond the wall was not a happy one for Lirre, and she found that she was the target of many a folk who wanted her precious kestrel feathers - whether they were white or not, so she had to learn how to hide them beneath thick cloaks. She also struggled with her own feelings for her tutor, afraid to let him know lest it ruin their friendship. She stayed for a time with Traetin with his family in the forests, but finding no happiness there, took to the skies to try and find some meaning in the ashes left of her life.

CHARACTER ONE: Gabriel
Gabriel Mallaose is a tall man at six feet two inches in height and weighing in at one hundred and eighty pounds. His hair is blonde in color and length wise is medium and growing well enough into long if left uncut. His eyes are a very bright and light blue though they are rarely seen as when he does his hair it is usually part from the right over to the left often obstructing the view of his left eye and partially obstructing the view of his right one. Gabriel is a rather fair man, hell in his past he often times even let people attack him first before returning the favors onto them ten fold. See fair isn't he?

Gabriel Mallaose grew up over 500 years ago in Cardiff Wales. Back when the roads were just turning from dirt to cobblestone. Ahh he can still remember the stench of the streets which smelled of the human leavings of the days dumped out the windows onto the roads below. The smell of drunkards, feces and urine overcame many of the streets. But luckily for Gabe he grew up rather well off in the richer part of town of coarse born to a family of money he didn't have to wander those stinking mugger ridden streets. He often spent his time when not be taught by one of his private tutors playing with his three best friends. A gal named Nicole and two blokes named Erik and Michael often roaming the grounds getting into all kinds of trouble with the keepers. When he wasn't with his friends and his father being at work most the time he found solace in spending time with his mother in her private lab in the basement of their home. Though a few times he had been told to stay out and way from it he would sneak in and watch from under a table or behind the bookcase. Until one fateful day that he went within and found his mother casting her spells upon a corpse. When it jerked and awoke he got spooked kicking out a chair from where he hid which caught his mother and the corpses attention. She yelled for him to get out but the thing was lose now and knocked her out of its way as it scrambled to get at him. Kicking and screaming came from the boy as he fought against the thing only to be bitten upon his left arm and being thrown aside like a rag doll at which point his mother burned the thing to ashes. Fast forwarding many years later Gabriel was all grown up. Ahh yes he was at the nice age of 460 when he managed to find a woman to cure him of his ailment. What he took with him was a pet wolf he had come to buy and once the healing ceremonies were ended did the poor man begin to hack and cough something violent. Blood he began to spew from his mouth as his throat began to bulge and swell until he spat out is heart into his hands and chanted a spell he had read in his mothers spell book a binding spell at which point he offered his heart to his wolf you accepted and the two have been joined ever since that day.

CHARACTER TWO: Shalia
In my elven form I am a good 5’9”, 130 lbs. Tall and slender with unmatched beauty and grace. With long flowing raven black hair, golden eyes with silver flecks, pale skin. Those long pointed elven ears and other elven features. In Werepanther form I am a good 6’8’ in stature, 170 lbs, strong, athletic, agile build. My fur is soft and silky, midnight blue, which blends in well in the dark and shadows. I am fun loving, extremely curious, flamboyant, charming, observant, kind hearted, thoughtful, and clever. I have a good sense of humor, warm soul and good heart.

Born into a royal Family in Kir’viir by the star crossed love of her mother a mystical gypsy named Rosalee Mallorn, a moon elf, and a noble Knight from a royal bloodline, named Demetri Calti, a were-panther (natural born lycanthrope). She was the youngest of all her brothers and sisters. Having three brothers, and three sisters, getting attention even for the baby of the family could be quite a problem. Hence at an early age she learned to rely on her beauty and charms to get what she wanted, it only helped further her cause that she was the baby of the family and she could literally get away with murder. She inherited her mothers elven beauty as her humanoid form is Moon elf, and her fathers bestial side as her main form is the Lycanthrope Panther though rather then the normal black fur coat hers is a rare midnight blue hue, and rather then golden eyes, hers are golden with silver flecks. Beyond the competition for mother and fathers affections, it was a good childhood she had as she had lots to do and plenty of friends to play with, having so many brothers and sisters. She Had a best friend named Nim Draug growing up, he was a wolf from a pack she had met in her cub days and they just grew up to be best friends. Her other best friend was called Noldo Thoron, he was the elder in the gypsy village her mother was from. Soon though as all good things must come to an end, tragedy would strike the young panthers perfect world, when a silver dragon by the name of Celeb’loki came and ravaged their town and in the process her whole family was killed. Left with only the dramatic vision of her family dying and their screams, she has no memory of how she alone survived only that she passed out in the thick of it only to awaken alone in the nearby Singing woods, left to explore this world and life alone.

CHARACTER THREE: Xe/Caoimhe
As a changeling, Xe may have a multitude of forms. The one rarely seen by mortal eyes is xyr trueform; slender and sharp boned with no defining gender markers. Xyr skin is a very pale white that almost glows in the moonlight save for dark veins throbbing beneath, lengthy fingers ending in sharp points devoid of nail beds, and hair that is a long messy tangle of pale grey. Xyr eyes are almost too large for the face, the sclera black without any visible pupils or iris, and xyr facial features are delicate and small much like a child’s. Xyr personality is considered abrasive: since xe left xyr childhood home, xe spends much of xyr time with lost spirits and animals instead of interacting with other humanoids. Scavenging through the woods for carrion to eat, and fulfilling tasks set by those xyr communes with, has caused a regression into an almost feral state and brings question to xyr mental stability.

Xyr primary aspect – the child xe grew up as – is as different to Xe as day is to night. Caoimhe's skin is a rich warm cream, and her hair flows neatly – if a little too freely – down her back, she has a bright (if wary) smile for those she is unfamiliar with, her dark eyes twinkling with merriment or unfocusing as she slips into a pleasant daydream. While she can sometimes slip into Xe-like mannerisms when she is not concentrating, in this aspect she has far more self control.

Xe grew up on the Devlin farm in Shalott, left in the cradle of the families home with the original child stolen to who knows where while xe was fated to grow up in the aspect of Caoimhe. Though unable to form genuine emotional connections, she would learn how to mimic normal behaviours. As a child Caoimhe experienced nosebleeds and violent night terrors that had her screaming and shaking until she was woken by her sisters. It cast a pall on her childhood, jumping at shadows and gripped by an anxiety that didn't ease until she learned that the nightmares were caused by spirits desperate for her attention, visions of their deaths in their attempt to gain her notice. Seen as a way to communicate with the mortal realm, they frequently tried to use her to fulfil unfinished business: something that she was incapable of at first being a small child. She remained unaware of her bloodline until the day a particularly strong spirit sought to possess her – seemingly becoming her second aspect - harnessing her shapeshifting abilities and moulding Caoimhe into the shape of his memories. Satisfied, he vacated her body but left her changed: she knew who she really was, becoming cold and distant with her family, unable to engage. Living with many siblings meant that they attributed this change with traditional growing pains, and over time Caoimhe learned how to mask this and move through life as if she were truly one of them. At 15, she left home claiming she would seek work in the city and send a stipend back to the farm – or a rich husband - and Xe was allowed to flourish, calling upon the primary aspect of Caoimhe only when xe must. Its uncertain whether xyr other aspects are truly outside spirits or actually manifestations of an already tenuous grasp on reality, shards of a fractured mind.

CHARACTER FOUR: Olan
A visual analogy of a gentle giant, standing over six feet with two hundred plus pounds of compact muscle and a serious expression, his outer looks can be intimidation, but beneath the granite exterior burns the honorable heart of a warrior, and protector. His face is sharp, stern, with deep brown eyes that seem to look nowhere, but miss nothing. Spiked brown hair, a strong jaw, the compacted frame of a veteran of a thousand battles. Loose fitting garb befitting a martial artist, he uses his skills to uphold honor and justice where-ever his journey carries his steps. Digging further, streaming through the blood is the honor of a celestial, a noble dignity that holds within it's own purpose and code. A staunch ally, an unrelenting enemy, and usually good for solid advice, as corny as it may sound.

I was born to a hardworking farming family Jaedyx and Mina Rauko, in Swerdscree, in the country of Zyon. The eldest child of three, it fell to me to take lead while father was in the fields, to protect the family, especially my sisters, Lita and Ami. Farm life was difficult, but peaceful. Most of my time was spent alone reading the barest amount of education we had, or with Emile, my best friend. We both picked up an afinity for martial arts at an early age, and we often sparred, to train our minds and our bodies. When I was a young teen, the Monks of Sunreach happened by, and selected me to accompany them back to Sarkotos, to receive further instruction. Emile was not so lucky, and we were forced to part ways. What they saw in myself, but not him, I do not understand to this day. Later, I heard that Emile was killed in a farming 'accident', though when I returned home, there was nothing I could do. Heaven help those who did so, if I ever find them. I trained for years in Sunreach, honing my body into martial perfection, vowing to ignore the pleasures of the flesh and persue the path of true enlightenment. For years, I was successful, until one fateful night, as I lay beneath the stars with another. Kumiko, was her name, and she was also persuing enlightenment. We'd often train together, eat together, and meditate together, and as it happened, we discovered that we preferred each other over all else. The fateful night in question, as we lay, our conversations turned to philosophy, and the future, as they often did. Before either of us knew it, we shared a kiss, simple, pure, but forbidden. A long moment passed as we stared, frozen in time, into each others eyes. She began to disrobe, and though we both knew it was a forbidden act, we did not stop ourselves, and shared our passions under the stars. We were caught. We were both questioned, they wanted to know who started it. I refused to answer, despite the heavy punishments of whipping, fasting, and hard labor with no sleep. They broke her first. My price was that I was expelled, never to return. She was allowed to remain, and with teary eyes told me I was dead to her, and I would never be forgiven for what happened. And so, I left to wander Arith, challenging those who seemed strong to fist fights to earn the gold I would need to survive. And so shall I continue. Not a Monk, but holding strong to my beliefs. Not a guardian, but protecting those who need protection. Not a savior, but devoted the rest of my empty life to make this world a brighter place for all.

CHARACTER FIVE: Reinard
He tries to pass himself off as a human when at all possible, clothing himself in a simple array of light clothing, not too loose. Instead of cloaks he prefers jackets with hoods to help confine his features. Usually seen wearing a veil or kerchief that covers the rest of what his hood doesn't, save for his eyes. His eyes give him away, but he doesn't seem to mind, knowing the amber tone mark him as belonging to some feral lineage. He can be seen wearing light tones in all of his wardrobe choices, not wanting to stand out in the least. Six feet tall, his frame is easily detected as one who looks like he can handle his own if forced to. Never seen without his travel pack, which sometimes the cute little face of a bunny can be seen peeking out of. Not one to go toe to toe in a fight, he's more likely to hit and run, spreading damage where he can. He won't start a confrontation, but generally won't back down if one is brought to him.

Reinard came into this world as a lost child, an infant separated from his parents as a result of the Doxenian takeover of the Avilonian Islands. A wounded soldier brought him to the home of one Father Williams, a kindly old fellow who ran an orphanage in a village on the Nine Hells Island. The soldier didn't survive long after bringing the child to this stranger, his life ebbing after ensuringg the child would be taken care of.

And taken care of he was. For ten years he grew up under the care of Father Williams in an orphanage that was founded in the aftermath of the war. He grew up among other children who shared in the same fate, whether knowing their parents died or left wondering if a happy reunion would ever come their way. He learned the basics of reading and writing, was taught his numbers, but schooling was never a forte' of Reinard's. At the early age of ten, Father Williams passed on to the next life, leaving his charges in the care of the community, which sought to shut down the orphanage as most of the children there were of an age to begin contributing to the village.

With no real skills to aid in this new life, Reinard was forced to learn how to fend for himself and survive on his own. He had friends from the orphanage who took him in whenever he would show on their doorsteps, but by this point he was already a bitter child. Knowing nothing of who he was, or where he came from, he foolishly saw the compassion shown to him as pity and could not bear to thought of in such a fashion. Trying and failing until he developed the skills of a Rogue, he made a small living for himself, learning to sneak and skulk in and out of places that his early age and short height lent an edge with.

By the age of fifteen, he had his first transformation, learning just a bit more about himself. He knew not what a Lycanthrope was, until he heard the screams of "Weretiger!" chasing him from the village. Despite his abhorrence of pity, he had no choice but to accept the help of his friends from the orphanage, who did their best in teaching him how to survive in the wild(building rudimentary shelter, foraging when he was unable to sneak into the village and the like). His bitterness grew at this point, until he met up with a local band of bandits who took him in, recognizing him for what he was and helping him grow his talents. Saving up enough money from the jobs he performed for and with this group of bandits, he set off in search of many things, first and foremost, what happened to his parents, who they were, and if they still lived.

CHARACTER SIX: Esperanza
A fire filled beast of a woman, Esperanza stands hefty and strong at over seven and a half feet tall with an attitude to match her huge presence. Silver eyes are filled with aggression, anger, and adventure as she sees everything in life as yet another challenge. Slightly tanned skin which is almost always bare, save the bits of her that manage to fall under her golden brown fur or the few bits of armor she managed to wiggle into. Strong hooves stomp the ground, each step causing her charcoal tinted hair to dance about her sharp horns and tickle the sides of her rosy cheeks.

Her story began deep down in the dark, under the Bristleback Mountains near the edge of Zyon, in a labyrinth carved out by some old ancient culture to protect something unknown. The only one who might have known anything about it was her father, "The Great Minotaur" who often boasted about being the chosen defender of the lost treasure. Esperanza grew up down there knowing only those stone walls, the dank darkness, and the endless number of adventuring heroes that came down there seeking to fight and slay her father. She watched as he won time after time, he was her hero. With every fight he won, he would bring her a treasure off his kill, something shiny and beautiful to add to her own little treasures so his only daughter could have something that shined like she did. Growing up was good if you judged it by the standards of monsters. Plenty of meat to eat with every failed adventure, plenty of beasts to wrestle when they crept up from the depths, fun games of dodgeskull with her brothers, she was happy. Every hero falls at some point though, and so did hers. When she was still young, a horrible villain finally cut her father down while she hid in fear, screaming out as his head rolled out in front of her. Clutching to the horn upon his head, it all seemed surreal as she felt hands grab her up and wrestle her from her hiding spot and knocked her out. When she woke, the first bit of sunlight to ever touch her eyes caused them to burn with pain, pulling the horn of her father still in her hand up to shield herself as she tried to focus. The muffled sound of her brother calling out to her suddenly became louder and more clear, snapping her out of her daze to look upon him as he held the body of her younger brother. The intent had been to take the young bulls and sell them as slaves, but an angry bull momma is not one to trifle with and she gave her life to give her children time to escape. Esperanza ran, she ran until her hooves cracked and she collapsed, not sure where her brother was or what to do in this world. From then on everything was survival, she couldn't find her way back home, she only had a new world to explore and new things to find. Following after her father she would fill her belly by fighting, beating things up to take their food or just beating them up and eating them. Hatred followed her and she was always running, keeping that muscled body thin and agile so she could beat what could be beat and flee what she couldn't. She never learned to read or write, she had no idea what common courtesy was, but she did know there was always something she could punch and that it felt good to do that.

CHARACTER SEVEN: Madith
Madith Blessedshot is a loyal apprentice of the Divine Shield Order, Holy Ranger Regiment. A firm believer in his calling to protect those in need, spread the blessings of Helm in doing so, and in good ale, Madith travels the land with righteous determination. Upon his Battle Ram and with his faithful Bear by his side he travels as a cliff between the crashing waves of evil and unholiness and the purity and innocence of the world he has vowed to defend. May his worth be weighed not in gold or wealth but instead measured by his deeds and sacrifice for those he has sworn to protect.

Madith, once known by the name of father's last name, Granitebasher, is young in his years as a dwarf, even at the age of 52. When Madith was but a wee lad his father and mother left the comforts of the family clan and their forging heritage to strike out on their own. Harst and Botri, Madith's father and mother respectively, never did explain what caused them to break away from the clan, nor did they ever provide Madith with the name of his forefathers. Instead they took pride in the fact that Madith would be the second generation of Granitebashers and raised their son to be proud of the same fact. As in dwarvish tradition, with the last name Granitebashers the family certainly had to find an acceptable profession and so early in one particular Underdark Cycle the Granitebashers left their world behind to head out with a mining expedition.

With experience working in the clan forge under his belt Harst quickly became a foreman once the dig site was established. His mother, wishing to be by her husband's side now that it was only the three of them, took to the pick ax herself and mete out swift justice upon the world's rocks. In the beginning Madith was allowed to enjoy his "childhood" even though that meant he usually watched his parents work as there were only a few children his age within the community. For two decades or so things were comfortable, that was until his father tricked his son into playing a game that defined the next decade of his time; Find Something Valuable. The game, of course, was simply a masked reason to get his son to work in the mines and it worked. In truth, it was the game that his father created that saved him.

Late into a cycle Madith was playing his "game" when a Drow raid took the mining camp by surprise. Alas it would be wrong to call it a raid, no, it was a slaughter. The Drow were led by a Necromancer whom only wished for the bodies of the fallen and nothing more. Like the shadow of death the Drow fell upon the camp and extinguished all but a few of the lights within. It was a Dwarf Paladin of the Divine Shield Order that allowed those few remaining lights to continue flickering against the darkness. Madith had emerged from a hidden tunnel in time to hear the Drow retreat echoing in the distance of the main cavern. Rushing back to the camp he came upon the blood and emptiness of the Drow's campaign but no bodies, they had been raised and summoned as planned. It was that night that Helm reached out through the Paladin that stood in the center of darkness, a beacon for those in need, and placed his hand on Madith's shoulder, calling him toward the light. He would find the answers to his needs in the Divine Shield and they would find their's in him. As such, though he didn't know it at the time, during that cycle Madith became part of the new generation of a long line of Blessedshots.

CHARACTER EIGHT: Bob
This being of Bronze is a creation of war. He was literally created to fight a war against invading Rumerians. The warforged was made as part of a set of 30. He is made of bronze, and values loyalty highly. Those who are not loyal are in the wrong group, in his view. Being part of a set, and now alone, he feels abandoned. Having failed in his attempts to revive his fallen compatriots, he is now a rather sad realist, disheartened by his failure and word that his land fell to Rumeria. This is Archer Six, or "Bob Archer".

Over a century ago, when the Skegg Islands faced war from Rumeria, there were resisters. While the elderly could do little physically, due to what age had done to their physical bodies, some still had sharp minds, as well as resources. Some of these aged citizens got together, to discuss the issue. At first, no worthy ideas were presented. Then, one man moaned that his grandson would likely be slain in the war. Others chimed in, saying their younger relatives were also likely to fall. It was then, that one man suggested it. Instead of sending the living to fight, they should send the already dead.

A solution, which was met with far too many protestations, about the use of such necromancy, was soon dismissed. But the idea held merit, that of not sending the living to fight. It was then that one of the modernists suggested creating mechanisms to fight. The initial ones were too flawed, since once the living being giving them orders ceased to instruct them, they became dormant. One woman, Lousitan the Mad, suggested bringing back the spirits of long dead, loyal warriors and infusing their spirits into the constructs, to grant them self-determination.

A find of bronze, pre-mixed, was discovered, and so, the forms of these Bronze constructs were created. With the spirits placed within, the Bronze Brigade, a group of thirty, was formed. There were ten sword and shieldmen, ten archers and ten pole armers. In the first three battles, they had no losses. Using magic, the Rumerians destroyed the city, and either demolished or sent away the remnants of the Bronze Brigade. Archer six found himself with two dead/destroyed comrades in a tunnel. He was attacked, as he dragged the fallen with him, and fought off a hideous creature. A dwarf saw this and asked his name. Being told "Archer six", the dwarf replied "Well, Hel, th' way you bobbed and weaved, I'll jus call ya Bob". Thus, in the dwarven community, Archer Six became known as "Bob Archer".
