This crystal pendant allows the wielder to transmit up to 25 words as a telepathic message to all creatures within 500 feet. If there is another Missive Brooch within 500 feet of yours, this message can be relayed as long as there are worn Missive Brooches every 500 feet. Messages can be designated for certain specified groups of creatures, but it is possible to 'overhear' a message being sent along a chain of Missive Brooches by wearing one, being within range. This amulet can used any number of times per day.

-Daystar Half-Plate [Heavy Armor]
This glowing +33 DEF half-plate is decorated with various images of the sun and depictions of nature. At will, the wearer can command the armor to shine with a daylight spell for 10 minutes at a time. Once per day, the wearer can command it to burst forth with a globe of searing radiance in a radius of 30 feet, blinding all who fail an Endurance Save of DC20 for 1d3 rounds as well as doing 2d10 damage to creatures weak to sunlight, and undead creatures. The ultraviolet light generated by the spell deals damage to fungi, mold, oozes, and slimes just as if they were undead creatures. The sunburst is centered on the wearer and the wearer is immune to its effects, but any allies caught in the radius are not immune and if they do not take action to cover their eyes (or are themselves weak to sunlight) they will be blinded and take damage as well.

Kerrog:
-De-Squishifier Ring [Ring]
This ring aids your squishy allies by offering them a little bit of a boost of 5 hit points at the start of an adventure. They must stay within your general area to keep the buff. This buff can only be gained by squishies, i.e. those with 20 or under hit points. You may also, once per adventure, use the ring to take 1/2 the damage for an ally that would otherwise kill them. Only one de-squishifier ring can be in use for any given ally at a time.

- Curled Lute [Magic Item/Weapon]
A lute made of ebony, bare of any decorations. It has been warped and twisted in on itself beyond all recognition. Its strings have been knotted and twisted beyond all ability to play. Beyond all comprehension and logic, the lute still functions normally. The lute exists in multiple layers of reality and dimensions, allowing it to be played despite its malformations. It is also heavily reinforced to serve as a weapon (1d6 dmg), and can strike creatures lingering on most planes including Ethereal, Astral and Umbral. It can, at the wielder’s behest, exist in multiple locations within a 50 foot radius, allowing it to strike multiple opponents once per adventure. Roll 1d3, and all targets take the same damage.

These high-soled black boots provide a great deal of comfort and arch support while also making the wearer appear a little bit taller than normal. The boot’s wearer always takes the minimum possible damage from falls (as if the DM had rolled a 1 on each die of damage incurred by the fall, so 2d6 dmg would give 2dmg to the wearer) and at the end of a fall always lands on his feet.

This +19 breastplate is decorated with a wave and fish motif and often has tiny fins and scales worked into the design. Although the breastplate remains as heavy and bulky as normal, the wearer of armor of the deep is treated as unarmored for purposes of Swim checks. The wearer can breathe underwater and can converse with any water-breathing creature with a language. (Medium Armor)

-Bag of Fondling [Magic Item]
This item hails from the demiplane of Erotikas! This ruddy colored bag is about the size of a belt pouch, warm, slightly resilient to the touch and squishy like wet clay. The bag has three uses: firstly, it can be fondled and squeezed constantly in one’s off hand for stress relief. Secondly, the bag can be opened and any body part held within it will be gently fondled and massaged. Finally, if cuddled up to overnight the comforting warmth and massaging action of the bag allows the owner to get a restful, full night's sleep.

This plate armor is fashioned to make the wearer appear to be a demon. The helmet is shaped to look like a horned demon head, and its wearer looks out of the open, tooth-filled mouth. The “claws” are built into the armor’s vambraces and gauntlets. Non-evil characters that wear this armor cannot be healed by any means until they've removed the armor, including potions. You may be raised and resurrected as normal, and retain normal effects when dropping below 0 hp. You cannot benefit from positive energy healing, you must be repaired in some way. You cannot gain any other defensive boosts while wearing this armor, except from skills and class/profession bonuses. (Heavy Armor)

This slim golden diadem, bejeweled with diamonds and sapphires, grants its wearer fluency in Celestial and allows her to detect evil at will. She also gains a +5 bonus on Knowledge (planes) checks, and all spells she casts gain a +1 to their DC. She also gains a +1 to her Defense DC against attacks from evil aligned creatures.

Raelgil:
-Ring of Shields [Ring]
When this ring is worn and the proper command word spoken, a circular plane of force is created, which the wielder may use as a regular shield. The circle centers on the ring itself, and has a diameter appropriate to the size of the user. It remains in existence as long as desired, but you cannot use your shield-hand to perform other functions as it is necessary to "hold" the shield. This shield confers +3 DEF. It can be boosted as a normal shield.

This black candle is 1 foot tall, 12 inches thick, and icy to the touch. When lit, the flame burns a pale blue, gives off no smoke or heat, and doesn't melt down. If examined with detect magic, the candle radiates a necromantic aura. The candle prevents any healing or cure spells, natural or magical, from occurring in its range of a 30 foot radius. This does include allies.

Tesarik One: As far as Ini-herit goes, because of the nature of our quest he
needs to have been along all this time, and we will say he's been involved
but it was off-screen since we are out at sea on a small ship. To catch
everyone up, we were
Tesarik One: sent by a noble to 'rescue' his daughter who had run off with a
pirate named Billy Grimbeard. The father had an idea that his daughter had
been the victim of a powerful love potion. We were able to track her in the
pirate ship by a
Tesarik One: magical map, but that meant no teleporting we had to actually
get on a fast (but small) ship and we caught up with the pirate ship when it
docked at Heart Island to haul their booty into warehouses. There was a
battle with a small
Tesarik One: portion of the pirate ship's crew (it has a crew of at the most
300), and in the process the girl was found and ended up on the Blue Tempest,
our ship. But, the two paladins decided they wanted to steal the pirate
corpses they'd
Tesarik One: killed, which they did, pissing off the pirates enough that
they began to chase and a battle at sea ensued. Their ship, the Serpent's
Pride, is a galley (sorry crew of 200) with 60 hull sections. If 15 are
destroyed it could sink.
Tesarik One: Our ship has 24 hull sections, if 6 are destroyed we will sink.
At the end of last time, Kerrog had ended up using shadow walk on the
pirate's ship facing at the moment Toothless. Pale Nate and Pearl are now on
OUR ship's deck and
Tesarik One: are making a beeline for the bodies of their pirate pals. Maka
and Finn are handling the cannons in our ship. Anything else? Any questions?
Mighty Gar thog: (Any idea how many of the 300 are aboard the pirate ship?)
Tesarik One: (200. And well, you killed two, two are on our ship, we'll say
it's not a full complement so a good 150)

Tesarik One: One option on your turn is to repair a hull section. Instead of
attacking or doing something else, you'd roleplay shoring up an area and roll
1d25 for repair. If you have artisan crafting - carpentry you can add 10 to
that roll for
Tesarik One: hull sections, or if you have artisan - seamstress or tailor
you could repair rigging/sails and add 10.
Tesarik One: I also forgot to mention that the ship is currently not moving
as a MASSIVE scylla sea monster has it in it's grip. The heads all work on
their own and seem to be
Tesarik One: healing even when they are dead.
Tesarik One: Ok! So, I'll let you all have about 10 minutes or so of open

lurkerinshade: How he'd taken this long to be roused from his nap.. was
anyone's guess. Still by now Ini-herit's once prone, slumbering humanoid form
was aiming to get onto his feet. Woefully unaware of more current events save
for their reason fo
Tesarik Five: Sadlin had been standing by the Captain, keeping an eye on
things, and shooting that beast in all it's faces with his sexy new pistols.
Keeping himself busy to reload both of them, eyes drifted around, taking in
the state of the
lurkerinshade: being on the open sea.. and that there was an awful lot of
horrible noise going on.. nothing others.. and his own eyes couldn't fill in
the blanks for him once the Thanes-native ran into them.. course.. could be
there were more
lurkerinshade: important matters to attend to.. damaged ship-areas and
whatnot! -d
a clockpunk red: Maka was taking care of the light bombard, which as far as
she knew was ready to use again, thankfully. The crew did work fast, even if
they weren't primarily battle ship crew. She glanced around for Finn, making
sure he was alright, and then caught sight of the two pirate crew who'd
leaped like some flying fish onto their decks. One of them looked rather
strange, all black and white like some weird fish-man.
a clockpunk red: She honestly couldnt' blame them for wanting their dead
back, but if she had to battle them she most certainly would try to shoot
their damn heads off.
Tesarik Five: situation as he shook his head with a sigh. "We need to focus
out attacks. Maka and Finn, keep the pirates off the ship between shots. The
rest of us need to take care of this thing." He blinked as he looked to the
beast. Now, would
fionnadh na tine: That damn poison did not feel nice, but well...it could've
been worse. He could still function and see and all that, so it was alright.
He glanced over to Maka, saw her looking at somethin else, then blinked and
looked at the two
Mighty Gar thog: ~It seemed the powder room had a guard. He recalled
toothless had been fighting earlier and... was he taken down and resurrected
by their healer? He could not remember. But, he doubted the man was immune to
fire. His
Mighty Gar thog: plan was simple. Ignite their powder room, and flee at
once. To where? That was now part two of his constantluy changing plan~
fionnadh na tine: that had hopped aboard after apparently swimming over. Who
did they think they were, him?
Tesarik Five: anyone listen to him and his advice? That was up to them, but
he knew neither pirates or that beast were good on their ship, but the beast
seemed to be the biggest threat at the moment.
SwordOfAtrophy: He was playing dance off with the giant sea monster, and
since he'd already lopped off one head and another was blown to oblivion, it
looked like they were winning. The two pirates wanted their dead, and well,
it wasn't his job to

piecing the ship back together and looked around then to the pirates that
were on the ship and heading for the bodies he growled as he held both swords

damage to the crew around it.

bombard has nearly destroyed one full hull section (74/80) while 7 other hull
sections are damaged.

Tesarik One: The Stormcaster on the pirate ship has pulled back on the wind
so that their ship remains about 50 feet away from ours, full stop.
Tesarik One: Their Sea Witch has used Briny Deep Summoning to bring the
scylla up from the depths, and has put the curse of the albatross on our ship
lowering its speed (though it is at a stop right now due to the monster). For
now that is all
Tesarik One: she is doing.
Tesarik One: You do not know anything about the stormcaster or the sea witch
on our ship, they have a LOT of crew and they are just part of the crew.

really didn't think they'd be able to punch any holes in that big old ship
but the rigging was a good thing to focus on, like Finn was. At least slow
them down! She fired it with a boom!

Tesarik One: and much of the crew had gone down to man the oars, and the
ship began to move quite swiftly away with the help of the wind that blew up
around them. Not only was their ship being attacked with the sea monster, it
was also penalized
Tesarik One: with the curse of the albatross (-10 to its speed). But a
parting gift in the form of their catapult being rolled to the edge, loaded
with alchemist's fire and shot off towards them!

the alleged healer went and fire attacked anyway. So he repaired a bit more,
then helped get the ship ready to move.

it wouldn't be long before they'd be out of range but she was more concerned
with repairing right now than trying to engage the ship that was oh... 3
times bigger than them if not even bigger, and way more powerful.

Tesarik Five: Well, sometimes a healer has to be a killer. It was just the
way life went.
Mighty Gar thog: ~What the hels just happened? He was blinded? It felt like
a curse to him, not a physical thing striking his eyes, so he attempted to
remove the curse (Remove Curse), and asked the witch~ why are we fighting

Tesarik One: The crew were working hard to get the ship moving now that the
beast was down!
Mighty Gar thog: accomplished our goal, so what is yours, now? ~he tried to
smile towards her, hoping to sway her from fighting~ (I doubt I can do
diplomacy and the remove curse on the same turn though).
fionnadh na tine: That was more a reference to him shouting at the crew
instead of healing the over half dead Shalottan!

Tesarik Five: Yeah, and sometimes someone had to fall for the greater good,
though no one did, he even bypassed healing hisown half dead self in order to
keep the ship afloat.
Tesarik One: "To kill you." She smiled right back at him, and then lifted
her staff, which now crackled with lightning. She sent it slamming into
Kerrog's head attempting to at the very least knock him out and do a little
damage.

about, then shrugging he wasn't sure. He didn't remember anyone else being in
the fight. There was that one guy from before, but he went below deck before
the fighting

Finn, he headed below deck to see if he could find Kerrog down there, and
maybe help fix the ship if he could.
Mighty Gar thog: ~He looked out at the ship again, saw it moving, then
smiled at her~ You failed in that m' beauty. Be seeing you!~then, stepped
into the shadows (Shadow walk) back to the ship, below deck~
Tesarik One: "You certainly will." And she too disappeared and appeared back
on her ship.
Tesarik Five: (And now everyones going to think he was just hiding below
deck the whole time. Lol.)

him with her healing paladin hands that healing energy passing through him as

obsessed over the condition of his clothing.. and killed two birds with one
stone by simply setting his turban and mismatched tunic aflame through is
talents rather than

the stairs, and almost walked into Kerrog as he came back onto the ship,
instead falling flat on his back into knee deep water.

turned out she was just gonna heal him! Well that was fine. He nodded to her.
"Thank ya kindly, whatever the hell that thing spat at me was not fun." Well
then. He headed on
Mighty Gar thog: ~He walks onto the deck, fried, hair sticking out from the
lightning strike! Their powder room was guarded and shielded. Their warehouse
guarded, and some wicked witch attacked me while I tried to distract them
from our ship.
fionnadh na tine: over to Maka since everything was hunky-dory now and was
abou tto give her a hug, but then he saw how ...gory she was. "Hm. You need a
bath."
Tesarik One: Their warehouse hadn't been guarded! The doors were locked,
that's all!
lurkerinshade: suffer the stink anylonger. An obsessive pyromaniac at work
.. certainly the immunity to fire brought this one. " ... Can we go back to
dry land now? This is.. dreary. "-d

they were heading home.
