Tesarik One: The time limit was almost up, the green dragon had flown away
towards the broken tower in the distance leaving the OH group to ponder....
leave all their belongings in a pile and live, or the dragon said she'd come
back and kill
Tesarik One: them all. A few had chosen to haul ass back to the portal or
use teleportation to simply leave the area, others had remained and made
their decision. They were going to fight. They were not going to give up all
they owned to this
Tesarik One: dragon in the Stone Bog of Madder. She would be back soon, were
they going to wait for her to show her scaly face again or head towards her
tower deeper in the bog?
Tesarik One: (Begin RP. Those that were not here last week, we are
'pretending' you were here all along as it's a continuation.)
Tesarik One: (Also remember if you did not get your armor repaired, it's
still +2 less defense)
Tarak Ironfist: ::Would he turn tail from an oversized lizard? Hell no, he
would shift his stance some a few quick hand motions before flames flared
about his forearms and biceps. The flames seemed to soak into his flesh as he
grit his teeth. Eyes
Of Crimson Tides: ::Scarletta was simply pacing about in thought, as if
trying to think up a way to get the better of the dragon without having to
fight the damn thing again. On one hand, she knew it was wounded already...on
the other hand, the damn
abenedictionhymn: Viola wasn't sure that she could do much to a dragon,
being unarmed punching a dragon wasn't all that effective plus she wasn't
sure if she wanted to get that close but she was still there, and she wasn't
willing to give up the
scales change: Dragons tended towards arrogance in their dealings with
lesser creatures.. and Kythin for one did not take well to it at all. Perhaps
if the specimen had been a Steel dragon.. things could have been different.
As things stood the
Tarak Ironfist: narrowed some as he felt his skin growing hot for an all to
brief moment before once more cooling.:: [Sun Stance (Strength) - +2 stat

I Yield to None: -The drow had been looking over his armor and other
equipment before hissing softly. If nothing else he would at least cut his
lost worth into the damn dragon's hide. He remembered something he hadn't had
time to look into before
Of Crimson Tides: thing already melted her armor, and she really didn't want
another acid bath. But at the same time, she figured if the creature wanted
THEIR wealth and belongings, then it HAD to have some sort of treasure hoard
already stockpiled.

herself. She doubted it had flown home just for no reason. It was no doubt
going to be healing itself. She frowned, and peered across the wet boggy
ground. "Should we wait

daggers, and all manner of other weapons into the beasts hide. Besides.. he'd
been looking for an excuse to fell a Dragon ever since a certain Black Dragon
had fallen without

Allegro Luna: She was definitely not giving up her more than precious
blade and she was ready to sfight more than anything." I for one, do not
think I will give up my blade...shall we follow itbefore it can heal?"
I Yield to None: the fight and moved over to the side of the clearing to
look over some scrolls. Before he did so though he looked toward the tower in
the distance and then back to the others. "If we chase her down we may be
able to prevent her
Devoted Fists: ~She stood silently next to Tarak she was learning to deal
with the different enviroments and how to move about in it. She was using her
blind nature for her not against her as she had sworn to do. Her hand lifted
slightly brushing
Of Crimson Tides: waiting for the creature to come back and then killing it
might mean NEVER finding said treasure. Well, that was all the convincing she
needed to go after the damn thing! She was already this invested in this
little endeavor, so
Devoted Fists: to Taraks arm, in a habitual habbit that she used to keep
herself where she needed to be. The fingers of her other hand curled some and
she tilted her head just slightly to listen~ (D)

Of Crimson Tides: what did she really have to lose...other than, of course,
her life, which she deemed less valuable than the coin in her pockets::

assist in walking within the bog, Turning he listened to the others, a frown
creasing his brow as a free hand raised to cover Onika's that rest on his
forearm.::
Tesarik One: There was the echoing sound of a dragon roar from the sunken
tower. She would be back very soon.
Of Crimson Tides: Me thinks if we wait fer that damned son o' bitch ta
return an' kill it, might take forever ta find its loot. Me say we chase it
down an' save th' trouble...

thanks, she listened it was what she did best, when one sense didnt work the

a deeper part of the bog but it wasn't all that far away. The tower looked
like it was sunken to about the first floor and was cracked down one side and
had a slight

start heading off towards the tower and the awaiting she-dragon. -d
abenedictionhymn: Viola nodded in agreement with Scarletta and turned
towards the tower and began to move forward. Her bo stick was on her back,
ready to be pulled and used as soon as she needed it, if she could not use
her fists. But she certainly
abenedictionhymn: wasn't going to just stand around and wait for it to come
snap her up.
I Yield to None: -He didn't understand draconian so he didn't catch the last
part of the dragon guy's words. He did, for once, see sense in the stinky
bandit's words so he simply nodded absently, his eyes still gazing over the
scroll in his hands.
I Yield to None: He moved to traverse toward the tower with the group,
though Levitation was used to avoid getting his gear any nastier than it
already was, though he simply moved a few inches above the surface
[Levitation Skill].-
Tarak Ironfist: ::He simply began moving forward as well leading Onika,
though as he did another quick motion of his hands. This time there was a
slight tingle that flowed around his fists and hands. Careful not to shock
Onika, as he would apply
Tarak Ironfist: the storm strikes talent now. The scent of ozone wafted
around him a moment while still walking forward having placed Onika's hand to

Devoted Fists: ~Between using Taraks shoulder and the staff she moved
through the bog, it wasnt easy her normal foot sliding motions to make sure
no branches or rocks impeeded her didnt work here as she had to lift her feet
or get mired in the

Of Crimson Tides: ::The aggitated pirate lass didn't seem to be concerned
about having to make a small swim towards the tower if need be. If something
unexpected arose on the short travel through the bog, she was more than
confident that it would
Tesarik One: As they moved towards the tower, all seemed well except of
course they could still hear her in the tower. But as they reached the
proximity of the tower, Viola and Kythin would find out before the others
that there was a moat. You
Of Crimson Tides: only be to her advantage as opposed to working against
her::
Tesarik One: could not tell there was one because it was all covered in dark
water but as soon as that step was taken, the ground was not to be found so
easy. Those that could not fly or levitate were going to have to swim
across.
Tesarik One: (Swim Check. This is Athletics and Strength based since it is a
short swim. DC15 needed to swim across to the other side.)
I Yield to None: -The drow nodded his head absently before rolling up the
scroll and sliding it back under his cloak and into safe keeping. He would
actually offer a silent blink as the others began to drop into the mote. He
remained levitating and
scales change: Feeling a lack of solid ground in these parts of Madder
didn't come as much of a surprise, even those born in Parishes knew well
enough what not to continue forward. Seeing didn't matter too much.. nor did
the possible need to swim.

it might make him an easier target, at least he was dry and his shoes were

looking for anybody might require assistance getting across. She could carry
one person fairly easily.. if I asked her.

scales change: Not when he and their quarry showed a certain advantage.
Which was all it took to set the Black Knight to that transformation from
human-looking, to something more and more draconic in appearance.. til the
lot of them had a
Tarak Ironfist: :::Spotting the staff as Onika go deeper than before he
reached over halting his hand. Turning it he would move the staff in her hand
seeing the staff remaining deeper than before he frowned. Turning he would
wrap his arm around
abenedictionhymn: "Argh!" She dropped down into the moat and quickly began
to swim across, well as quickly as one could swim in dirty, murky, vine
choked swamp water. Though her mother was an ocean nymph, this had taken her
by surprise.

Of Crimson Tides: ::Well, it seemed this particular moat was a bit...thicker
than she had anticipated, which resulted in having some trouble getting
across!::
Tarak Ironfist: her waist and was adjusting her to grip around his neck and
mvoed deeper, couldnt have the blind feykin swimming off in another
direction!::

Scarletta disappear beneath the water, unless someone assists they will begin
to drown. (You two may attempt another Swim but the DC is higher. DC17 now.
Or someone can attempt
Tesarik One: to save you.)

doubt to himself..what mattered was the White Dragon offered a helping hand -
well a tail.. or claw to Viola and whoever the strange celestial didn't help
out afterwards. -d
I Yield to None: -Watches silently but with mild amusement etched on that
dark yet cowled face. The irony of Scarletta's situation had definitely not
been lost on him. The thought of saving the stinky pirate had not yet entered
the drow's mind.-
Of Crimson Tides: ::Well well...it seemed the lass was too preoccupied with
revenge and treasure to have paid much attention to the damn vines that were
now ensnaring her. Typical reckless behavior, it seemed! She would growl
angrily beneath the
abenedictionhymn: The vines were terrible, wrapping around her feet and
tugging her down as she attempted to move. She gave a little gasp, and
floundered about, then her blonde head sunk beneath the dark water.

abenedictionhymn: Her hand thrust up from the water, grabbing the offered
tail from Kythin, she clung to him so she could be dragged out. Covered in
mud, she waited until she was safe to push her messy hair out of her eyes.
Tarak Ironfist: ::He was pulling up out of the water and shook his head like
a wet dog before grasping his beard and began to wring it out. Head shook
again frowning then tipped to the side pounding at the side of his head.::

Tarak Ironfist: ::Turning he moved over assisting Onika to her feet,
checking her over he nodded before placing her hand to his shoulder once
again with a grunt to himself.::
Tesarik One: Both make it out! The tower is in ruins, so it is very easy to
creep inside through a broken window. Sloshing through that floor you find a
staircase, which takes you up to an open floor on the top. The roof is
missing, and the
Tesarik One: dragon has made her lair in the tower.

no one else was stuck under the water. Being what she was, Scarletta was in
no real danger of drowning, after all, so if someone else had been trapped

Tesarik One: The ruckus of swimming has let Wrinestii know the group is
nearby. She remains in her lair, waiting for them to show themselves. Her
voice calls out, "I know you are here! I hope you have decided to come and
bring me all your
Tesarik One: treasure yourselves and not trying to sneak up on me! Wrinestii
can smell you!"
I Yield to None: -The drow called out to the dragon as they made their way
toward her lair. "Yea, go head and bend over and we'll shove our swords right
up your ass lizard." (d)
Allegro Luna: "I have certainly come, I have a very special gift to give
you!!!!" she said sounding very cheerful.
Tesarik One: There was a snort and the sound of her claws scratching against
the floor.
Tesarik One: (Does anyone wish to charge up the stairs and make the first
attack?)
Tarak Ironfist: :::His fingers curled, knuckles cracking as he moved forward
with the group. His head tilted some before pressing matted hair from his
face.::
I Yield to None: "I think that made her excited...." He said to the group
under his breath with a smirk.-

scales change: " Give you my treasure? Now how would that increase my hoard?
" Said in draconic of course. Well why not.. doing something akin to shaking
a stick at a rattlesnake seemed fitting here. As for charging up the stairs..
well that would
abenedictionhymn: She snickered, she couldn't help it. She glanced around,
looking for signs of a dragon horde in the swampy area. But, the dragon would
need to be dealt with first.
Allegro Luna: [my character were not charge into a closed area, otherwise
she would]
scales change: be stupid when dealing with a dragon. Always going over their
heads.. or waiting. Walking into a trap though.. that wasn't happening. -d
Of Crimson Tides: Me would be willin' ta make a wager with ya...but
somethin' tells me ya would welch if me won....ya be as greedy as me! Well,
mebbe not THAT bad but...close enough!
Devoted Fists: ~Her fingers clenched on Taraks shoulder some then coughed up
some muddy water,.ok note to self needed to work on swimming apparently.~ (D)
Tesarik One: The dragon took up flight and headed out of the top area of the
broken tower and began to fly around the tower, peering into the broken
windows to see if she could see them. Between the big open windows, and
cracks in the wall, they
Tesarik One: were easy to spot. She landed onto the side of the tower, claws
clutching broken stone, and peered in at them through a crack. Then she made
that horrendous noise like she was clearing her throat, readying to send her
breath attack
Tesarik One: at them!
I Yield to None: -The drow heard her take off and then spun as she landed
and began to inhale. Before she could exhale though he lifted his arms and
twin bolts of arcane energy at her once again though this time his palms were
glowing differently
Allegro Luna: She raised her blade as she fluttered all around the group to
the best of her ability, she was focusing on protecting the pirate and
Viola." I think something is about to happen.. I'm not really sure.."
I Yield to None: and two orbs, different colors, were also sent toward the
creatures mouth [Leech Sphere, 1D8 Invocation, Orb of Rot, 1D8 Invocation,
Double Invocation Spell].-

abenedictionhymn: She heard the sound, and knew enough about dragons that
she knew it had a breath weapon. What it was she didn't know but she dove
behind the biggest chunk of rock she could find.
Tesarik One: Miss
I Yield to None: -And made pretty fireworks above the tower instead. At
least the Invocations worked.... sort of. Frowning he would move a bit so he
put DK between him and the dragon's maw.-
Tesarik One: The magic invocations hit the stone around where she peered in,
but not her. She opened her big maw, and then a cone of acid blew in through
the large crack, covering the whole area in acid.

to pay to get it fixed, it will be in the receipt. Per Jake, this includes
tattoos as the acid eats away the skin. So for the rest of the adventure
Tesarik One: and until you get them fixed everything is -2.

fly no but he did have one trick up his sleeve! Well sleeveless arm, moving

Tesarik One: Scale and hide was rended from the dragon skeleton and she was
very near dead....not quite....but she was unable to lift herself from the
ground.

at the bottom when the dragon crashed into the ground. She leaned against the
wall, making sure she did not fall into the moat, and watched the others.
Waiting to see if she

responsible for their well being to a degree since she had healing ability.

barely able to move, her wings dragging through the thick mud and bog water
and began to make her way across the water away from them. "I will leave this
place..." and
