Yule Tree Challenge!

In the courtyard was a twelve foot tree, ready for Vilkas to come along, and blow ice upon its branches forming a thin layer of ice upon its needles which made the green needles glimmer in the light. Thin candles were then affixed to the branched themselves to illuminate the night, the candles would be placed throughout the tree, so no part of the tree was left in darkness and all the pretty ornaments would be clearly seen. Delicate glass orbs and spirals of an array of colors hung from each branch.

The giantkin walked around the tree, hanging wooden sculptures small in size, the Dragon hung gold coins upon a tartan sash representing the colors of his Shalott nobility. Halcyon had found mistletoe and with Sessa's help, arranged pieces throughout the tree, nature made for beautiful ornamentation for Yule. Under the tree a skirt was laid around its base embroidered with scenes of the year's adventures in full color with gifts being placed around the base of varying sizes all wrapped with multicolor papers and delicate bows each with a name tag upon it, except for about a dozen, meant for the poor, the homeless, here in the city. Upon the tree were then placed tiny silver and copper bells. Then, HeinReich placed a small falcon figurine on a branch. GarThog then placed a golden star atop the tree.

Indrila stepped back, and suddenly the tree burst into light. It was quite the sight to behold, a true beacon. As the tree was lit, winter's snow finally began to sprinkle down across the courtyard, adding to the serenity. Brendan added a shield, setting it on a snow-covered branch so that it gleamed in the twinkling light of the ...
